Although my invoice states that orders are subject to change, when I ordered my bed, they assured me that it was in stock, 2-3 week time for delivery. I had to call them each week only to find out the bed is on ongoing back order with no information as to when I can expect delivery. They encouraged me to cancel and get a refund. Julian, the manager, told me that I should read the invoice before I get upset and challenge the terms. All in, a disappointing and extremely rude experience - I will never shop there again and recommend NO one to go there.
