Jerome's Furniture-Mattress & Patio Superstore

I wanted in on the Saturday before the Super Bowl. We were shopping for new furniture and had already been to 3 stores. As soon as I walked in I loved the style of furniture. The lighting in the warehouse really is perfect to allow you to see everything. Sherry greeted us almost immediately, she provided us with the specials for President’s Day, and let us be on our way. Which I loved because I didn’t feel like I was constantly being watched. We made our way through the bloopers and were able to get Sherry’s attention rather quickly to start putting items on hold. We ended up buy everything we needed; dining table, bed, sofa and mattress. It was a great experience overall; thank you Sherry!

Jerome’s Furniture had the best variety of furniture to match any price range. I was especially appreciative of Ray, our sales specialist; who was very kind and respectful. He listened to my needs in a couch and mattress and did not waste any time showing me things in a higher price range or that did not not match my needs. He was very understanding of my budget and to the fact that this needed to be a quick process because my kids were with me. I am also very appreciative to Jay who finalized the financing process and was very thorough and patient as we walked through the details. I highly recommend Jerome’s Furniture Scripps Ranch location near Mira Mesa Blvd for their variety of furniture and kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.

What a pleasant experience. We had looked over other stores and could not locate a good sectional sofa. However after walking in and dealing with Sherry, everything changed into an easy transaction. She was able to listen to our needs and understand what it was we were looking for. 5 minutes later, we were presented with a few options that matches exactly what we wanted. After that, it took another 5 minutes to finish the financials and 2 days later we had delivery of our beautiful new set. Everyone else that we dealt with after Sherry was so friendly and helpful. Will def be coming back for the rest of the items that we need. Thanks!

It was pleasant. The sales rep.,Sherry was very friendly and respectful. She noticed me and offered help. When I told her what I wanted, she gave me time to explore without being pushy. And the cashier was very patient and polite even though I had a lot of questions.

We had been looking for a specific couch that was not leather and found one at Jerome’s. Jeremy was very helpful and friendly. We found the couch we liked and went home to took some measurements of our place to see how it would fit. All measurements were perfect so we had it down back to Jerome‘s and purchased a couch and an ottoman. The process was simple and fast and with the black Friday deal Jerome paid for the taxes! I thought that was a great deal!

Shopped here before. Like the stores size and easy navigation to specific areas of furniture. Never feel pressured to buy anything. Very receptive to what I need. Always feel welcome. Good products and customer service. Was greeted by Jeremy. Assisted me throughout buying process. Very nice. Very supportive in my choices and did not try to change my mind to look at more expensive items ( unlike other stores I had been too in the past). I came in with a plan and was very pleased many items online were in store to view.

Found the perfect rug for our daughter’s dorm room. Very plush and colorful. We were able to pick it up the same day from the RB warehouse. The carpet pad ordered was the wrong size so we left it behind at the warehouse, hoping to get a refund. Probable a simple mistake by the sales clerk. We’ve been assured that a refund for the pad is on the way. No hassles. Love this store! We’ve redone several rooms in our home with Jerome’s. Very pleased with the quality and the service.

Great experience finding the right furniture I wanted. The salesperson identified as Mike Ibrahim, showed me many entertainment and display tables to choose from. He was very pleasant and professional. Mr. Ibrahim told me that the sales tax was waived on my purchases as a promotional sales day. Very pleased to have shopped at Jerome's.

We planned to check a few stores for a leather recliner couch, but after starting at Living Spaces and finding nothing we liked, we went next to Jerome's and found numerous good choices. The salesman was helping but left us alone to look at our various options, checking back to answer any new questions. We found a model we really liked and decided not to frustrate ourselves with shopping at any other stores

Jerome's was the third store we went to looking for a new couch and love seat combo. It was the first store that had multiple choices we liked. We ended up getting two couches. The process was easy and quick.

Jay and Mark were very helpful. Jay measured the ottoman to confirm it will fit with sectional. Mark provided guidance on the selection of a rug. The choice I made was all due to his keen eye for color. Had a great experience!

Had a great buying experience with Jeremy two day ago. I set my delivery date for two days from now when we move into a new home. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and personable with not an ounce of high pressure salesmanship. Very effective and helpful. I have never had such a great furniture buying experience. I have more furniture to buy and I’ll go back without hesitation.

We are very pleased with our purchase. Jeremy at the Scripps Ranch store was very helpful. He even helped us get in touch with a moving and haul away service. Our new TV console looks great.

Sherry the salesperson there was very polite and professional show me around the furniture that I was looking for I was in and out real quick the biggest problem I had was deciding which to get that so much nice stuff that it kind of changes your thoughts on what you came to pick up in the first place and end up leaving with something much nicer and better. If y'all go there ask for Sherry she'll take good care of you

We went to Jerome's in Scripps Ranch this afternoon looking for a new mattress. We were greeted by an associate. He asked what we were interested in today. We told him and lead us to the bedding area and asked who we were buying for. I responded "us." We tried out several mattresses and were impressed by the associate's attention to us. At the end, we tried out several mattresses and selected one around 1k. There was no high pressure to purchase anything. We, as a gay couple, are very happy

We have always felt we have gotten good value at Jerome’s. This living room set replaces one we’ve been using for 20 years. We accepted direction at the front of the store for where to find what we were looking for and salespeople checked a couple of times to see if we had questions but there was no pressure. We worked with Mark and liked him. The ability to offer 3rd party delivery with disposal is a plus, though disposable as a Jerome’s service would probably be a better value.

Outstanding service! The front office was helpful in setting up the service. They showed up right when they said they would and the cleaning work was excellent and affordable. They did most of the house except the rooms I didn’t ask to be cleaned and removed stains in a bathroom I have been trying to get rid of for years. The service was far better than I expected and I will be using them again. Highly recommended.

Gab was really helpful and cordial. I had a great experience working with him and we came to a deal pretty quickly. I also knew what I wanted so that expedited the process. Staff was great as well
