The absolutely best experience shopping for a new car. Eduardo Caballero was able to help me select the perfect trim in a new 2023 Ford Explorer. He was able to provide me with videos and pictures and talked me through the the trade in and application process. The finance team were absolutely great any easy going. Mark and Jose made signing electronically super easy. In less than 24 hours, I had my new car in my driveway. Absolutely flawless experience! Definitely recommend the team in Escondido.

I came in to look for a new car since my ford fiesta was already getting kinda old, i really liked the new bronco and the 2024 escape. I got to test the escape out and really loved it. Adrian, Alfonso, and Ali were SO HELPFUL and made my car buying experience so smooth. Adrian was so kind, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. I had been deciding between a few options and Adrian answered all of my many questions. He made sure I know all features and all aspects of the cars that I was deciding between and he was so accomodating and patient. Alfonso was also super helpful in making sure I understood all things finance ans he really broke everything down for me in terms that I understood. Ali was also very kind and accommodating, I felt like I was in good hands the whole entire time. 10/10 would recommend!

Chris Cole and Vishan were amazing! They both reached out to me and made the deal happen. Eager for a sale and willing to bend - which is so important for the customer! Chris was so accommodating and understanding with our toddler (she has autism and can be a handful in social settings) but he made us feel at ease. They gave me the best trade in value for my car and beat the other dealerships by far.

Aaron Ford was awesome!! They found an affordable part for me, gave me a ride home and delivered my car to my work. They took an amazing video of their work so I could see everything they did. I will be back here for sure!
