Absolutely stunning setting! Would never have thought that this beautiful place exsited in a downtown area. The food is awesome and the service was good. The only downside was I felt they could have had more people taking orders behind the counter.

It has everything! 5 stars! The view, atmosphere, and food! The service is top teir!! I MEAN HOW WAS THE SERVICE like Michelin Star restaurant type!! 👌 wow, it just made everything 100% great! The food was a great simple menu. But everything is delicious. Some beers came in 4oz, so I was able to taste a couple of flavors with my meal 😋 and listen to yall . I'm not a beer person, but this beer 🍺 WAS a QUALITY! I'll be back everyday for ever now! Thank you!it was kinda hidden, though, in between very corporate buildings. With gps I passes it many times lol .

This is one of my favorite spots in San Diego. I wish they had them in AZ 😁 The food is so tasty, the beer is excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic, and best of all, I love how you order food. Scan the menu on your table, order, and pay from your phone. Why are isn't other restaurants doing this? Big, clean, cute, and has plenty of sitting as well.

A great relaxing place to have a craft beer or two! Over the top food and service! As I was walking in the entrance, it reminded me of a Shang-ri-la ! The garden/water features did not disappoint!

Delicious hamburgers with a great atmosphere. Perfectly cooked with tasty toppings. Only ate food, so can't comment on the bar. Only wish the service was better as the waiter never came back to check with us. A bit difficult to find in the complex.

Nice fish and chip. I like them. However it is a bit salty for me. But still good

SD by far best of the chain - food, surroundings, staff. Love the pond. Had a burger, and got fish & chips to go - best in years! Liked the Chai me a river cider - interesting taste instead of usual apple/pear/etc.. Really friendly, laid-back staff. Tons of parking. Wouldn't have known it was here if hadn't gone looking for it.

This place had a delightful atmosphere and we loved the food. Tip: order the mini Mac. It's the perfect size and you can get their delicious apps to share!
They have a fantastic beer selection and an amazing outside seating area.

Love the beers here. It’s probably the best in San Diego! Also Oscar is the best. Top notch service 10/10 recommend, will come again!

Really cute little spot with excellent food! The service was attentive and prompt, and they accommodated my dog without an issue. I don't drink, but my friends really enjoyed the beer so there is something for everyone :)

We had great truffle fries and dark beer. They need to heat the inside of the place just a little. It was too cold to be able to take off your jacket.

Amazing place for happy hour and dinner. The atmosphere and business friendly environment of this place is amazing for people to hang out after work. The restroom is clean and the serenity of the outdoor dining place is fantastic. We had a wonderful waiter that was very attentive and curteous. The appetizers and food were great. I didn't really like the sheppard's pie, i had better elsewhere. Besides that, everything else were great.

Very surprising for being in the middle of an industrial park! Brunch is really inexpensive for the quality of food and choices. There is live music Also i believe this is the only one with koi pond and it is pretty and relaxing. Staff is very friendly cant wait to go back!!

Really nice place for hangouts. Food wasn't too bad. I got their new Korean chicken bbq bowl. It was decent but too healthy tasting. Not what I was looking for. Friends got the chicken sandwich and it looked really good. The truffle fries was also really good. They have a nice pond filled with koi and supposedly a turtle somewhere.

Wow, this place is incredible. Not only is the restaurant beautiful -- sprawling multi-leveled outdoor patio surrounded by luscious trees, massive koi pond, and central bar -- the food is delicious. Everything we had was incredible. They have options for everybody whether you are vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, or just love meat. You can't go wrong here. Also, the prices are decent and have an extensive house craft beer list.

It's been a hot minute since I've been to a Karl Strauss location, I can't believe I've been away for so long! The food is still as good as I remember it, and the brews have gotten even better! What they currently have on tap is great! I can't recommend Chai Me A River enough. The Windansea is surprisingly smooth for a hefeweizen.

This location is adjacent to a fish pond. 🐟🐟

They have changed the way they operate; you sit at a table and then go to the bar to order drinks and food. A server brings you the tableware and your order when it's ready. So I imagine flagging down a server can be difficult. Be patient, I promise the food and drink is worth it.

Beautiful outdoor scenery. Generous portions. Lots of choices including Kid's menu. Only negative was their cola tasted weird and I didn't like rosemary on the truffle fries nor corn on their cesar salad.

First time ever going, and the food and drinks was amazing. Had the beer pretzels, parmasuan truffle fries for appetizers and gad the Korean BBQ bowl with Ahi Poke.

Will return on future visits to Cali.

This place was everything!! The grounds are well kept and beautiful. I felt so at peace listening to the live performer that was playing and all the while taking in the scenery. We ordered online and it was easy. We had limited contact with the servers which was nice. We've also been to the one downtown, but this one takes the cake. Try it out! 😁
