The Home Depot

This is one of my favorite stores to shop. Had 4 bags of potting soil to take to my Mom's. Replanted some of her plants into a new planter my husband made for her patio.

This place is unbelievable. I've never been in a Home Depot where the staff is so friendly and helpful. Phil & J.J. in lumber helped me with ideas for my project that worked out great. Martha in hardware was so helpful with buying new locks for my daughter's home. And a worker by the name of Dave went above and beyond with helping me load and tie down the rear door on my rental car. 5 star's to the entire staff.

All f the accolades today to BOB who helped us with an important table saw purchase! He was so patient and knowledgeable and funny and helpful! Thank you BOB!!!

Friday, 21-1-23, I had to do a pay by phone transaction at this store. I was helped by a lady named Pam who is the model for customer service. She is such a nice lady and made everything easy. Most H.D. employees are usually nice, but Pam is exceptional.

I can't thank store manager, Jonathan B., enough for helping me get set up with essential supplies for our school garden program. Every crew member I encountered this morning met with a smile and a helpful hand. Thank you, Encinitas Home Depot, for the generous donation to our school!

Love this Home Depot. They have an awesome garden center and the friendliest and most knowledgeable employees. There is a worker on almost every isle so you’re not stuck wondering around trying to find what you need or someone who can help you find it.
But I love myself a bargain so my favorite thing here are the sales end caps sprinkled throughout the store. I have found gems here for as much as 80% off or more. They also have a few clearance racks outside for plants, most just need a little TLC for the first week or so and they are back to beautiful!

This is a great hardware store, and a great Home Depot.
There is a great variety of items and each department is well organized and very clean. The staff is very well informed. They guy that made my keys, today, has worked there for 14 years. I have renovated house with everything from Home Depot, including lumber, appliance, cabinets, and paint.

I am a photographer and wanted to do a prop for a photoshoot. I had an idea of what I wanted to do but didn't know how to do my project or the correct materials. Justin, from the Lumber and conposites department, helped me make my project a reality. He helped me pick the correct materials, he cut the plywood into the correct measurements and even showed me how to do it. He helped me feel confident. I am trully greatful and defenitely will be making my own props with Home Depots help, from now on. Thank you Justin for all your help!

Charlie was incredibly helpful at removing an oddly-shaped screw in an appliance I brought in. Great service!

They had all of the parts I needed to fix up an old lawnmower and the staff was friendly and helpful in finding what I was looking for. I will be coming back next time I need supplies or equipment for a project.

Excellent store with very helpful customer service. I’ve come here a few times for lumber and each time the associates have helped cut the wood to size for me. They made sure it was done properly and measured just how I needed it.

The only thing I don’t love about the in-store Home Depot experience is that often times online promotions are not applicable in-store! I’d love to be able to buy everything for the best price online…so I wish they had a policy where they could match their prices online.

Otherwise the store is great and the associates are helpful!

Always crowded, good luck finding parking where you don't walk a mile round trip, can never find that one thing you swear you purchased before just to remember that you got it at Lowe's. No I don't want to apply for the Home Depot card.

I took my 5 and 3 yr old daughters after work to look for a bird house kit that we could paint and build. Scott walked by and asked if we needed help. He checked and said they didn't have it. Then he paused and asked if we were just looking for something to build and offered to go see what they had in the back from the kids workshops. It was so incredibly kind and generous of him. It was seriously above and beyond. Scott came back with aprons, seeds, and 3 flower planter kits. It meant the world to me and my daughters. Huge shout out to Scott for going way above and beyond!!

Well stocked. Adequate employee assistance. Knowledgeable, helpful employees.

You can find everything. Prices rise up after pandemic. And still changes. So living in California is expensive for all..

I've been to this Home Depot to get my Daughter Plants and Flowers for Her Barbeque Party, which I Planted and came out Everything Was Beautiful Flower's.

Both JJ and Hector from the lumber department were especially helpful with cutting the wood and helping me find the materials and tools I needed for my project. Thank you so much!

I never leave reviews, but today I was helped by Susan in customer service and she went so above and beyond (with her manager) that I felt it needed to be shared. She listened and really problem solved with me to make sure I was taken care of, even though the problem was my error. The rest of the team was also great and tried helping, but it was Susan who had the knowledge to help my weird problem.

LOVE this place. They cut lumber and plywood down to size for transporting, offer military discounts, always very helpful!
