Best Buy

Husband and I ran into Best Buy for some screen protectors and a phone case. We struggled a bit to understand where the right products were and then the terms were different that weren’t immediately understood.

Grant at Best Buy walked by with his hands full, obviously headed to do a task but he stopped to clarify our questions, help us understand product differences so we could be comfortable with our purchases.

While I paid, my husband wandered off so I had to pay and then found him in the sound section getting educated by Grant. This young man is amazing. He has such a love for technology and when it came to product t knowledge, we felt like we got the thorough break down for various levels so we could determine what would be the best fit for our home.

Grant is such a sincerely nice person to connect with. We felt grateful to have someone invest a some time with us and educate us on a future purchase.

Best Buy in Encinitas. Go see Grant. He’s such a great resource.

My favorite home depot, a lot of the home depots in the area are on the smaller size. This is one of the only full size stores in the area. My only critique would be it isn’t easy to find staff when your looking for something, but that’s probably because this place is packed from sun up to sundown. You can always use their app to find what your looking for, that’s all the staff is going to do any way when you ask a question. This place is always clean and fully stocked. If your looking for something online this is going to be the store where it’s actually in stock. The best part about this store is there are workers outside lined up ready to work on your next project with you, they are great guys and I pick them up to help me on all my major projects, can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and really contribute to the encinitas vibe.

I hardly ever go to Best Buy as I build my own desktops.

True story:
Was in a pinch with a client and had to buy a laptop but still run Maya/3ds Max/MeshLab - online, ordered, picked up at Target for $279. I took one peek in in Best Buy, returned the laptop to Target 7 minutes later, and walked out of Best Buy with a laptop 3x as fast. Unbelievable service AND prices ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff was friendly and helped me find everything I needed..great people at this location.

Grant was exceptional in helping me return a defective device. Best Buy’s superior customer service is why I purchase my computers, phones and related accessories from them. Always, helpful!

Went appliance shopping while we had time. All of our questions were answered.

This best buy had a great staff when I went there. It was just before 7pm on a Sunday night, they were ready to close. But as opposed to most retailers, they greeted me, asked me if they could help and......wait for it...... actually knew technology and assisted me.

Thanks for the great experience. If you need anything technology related, go no further.

Purchased my computer in Encinitas the young lady so helped me. They did not have it she got me one in El Cajon by my house. Stepped in and they put in the back of my car. Easiest grand I ever spent. Service was awesome!! Thank you both stores. Great customer service!!

I haven't received friendly customer service from multiple employees like this in ages! I went to the store this morning to pick up my new microwave, which I ordered on the website. I walked in around opening and the man stationed at the desk by the door asked if I needed help. He directed me customer service to pick up my microwave. He also asked me my last name so he could proactively go get my order while the customer service associate processed my pickup. He was PROACTIVE and friendly! The customer associate was also friendly. She processed my order and by the time she was done the first gentleman had brought out my microwave AND brought along another friendly, strong associate to bring the microwave out to my car. I asked the strong person if he needed help loading my car and he said, "Thank you for asking but I've got it." People who smile, who say please and thank you - AMAZING. THREE OF THEM. 100% of the people I encountered at this store were all about customer service. 5 stars for sure!

Didn't have the product I needed but the representative steered me in the right direction to a store where I could find it. Was quite aways from the store but luckily I found it. He was so helpful.

Excellent staff that really understood top notch customer service. Alex, the manager, was friendly and super helpful greeting me and directing me towards the items I needed.

Then another staff member provided great advice with no frills or wasted time.

My son and I love this best Buy for Pokemon cards. They always have something he wants. Great location too

Returns....no problem. Electronics....they got em. But....you have to leave the house. Amazon has everything BB does, for a good price, and you can stay in your pajamas, at home, and wait a day for delivery 🚚. Just saying.....

Helpful staff, clean store - I did curbside pickup and my order was brought out to me within 2 minutes. I then went in for a screen protector installation and it was completed perfectly within 10 mins.

This Best buy is truly the best! we bought several items and returned several items over a couple days and throughout those processes everything was very smooth.

Service reps came out of the building to our car and delivered the goods to us. All were wearing masks and were very kind and polite. I would definitely recommend this Best buy location- they do customer service well.

Excellent customer service. I have to travel to this location from where I live in San Marcos for great customer service since my local store is so awful. The associates at this store are willing to go above and beyond to help. They are always quick and efficient here yet they never make you feel rushed. I had some specific questions about one of the prepaid carriers and rather than just referring me to their customer service # the associate brought out the cordless phone and offered to call them with me to make things convenient and make sure I got all my questions answered.

Everyone in here is very helpful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Went in to do a store pick up and I ended up staying to browse at their store. Small compared to other best buys but they everything I was looking for.

Great selection of electronics and a very helpful staff. We just bought a new TV, soundbar, brackets, and installation and it only took 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

Went in for another TV. Got what I wanted and scheduled delivery and installation for the price I was looking for all in 15-20 minutes.

Took in a bunch of old electronics figured they would charge me to dispose of them But they took all 8 items for free! The guy behind the counter was really nice and helped me Unload all my items He actually seemed interested in taking a couple of the items I brought in
