Lone Peak is a warm, welcoming, spacious and beautifully laid-out environment in which to set and achieve physical therapy goals. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special shout-out to Katie, who facilitated the return to life of my frozen shoulder. She is an excellent, caring and highly skilled therapist who expressed full confidence from day one that I would get my shoulder back. That helped me believe that if I did the work, the pain and mobility would improve - which they have, beyond measure, and I now have a working shoulder without pain. I have my shoulder back and I’m so grateful to you, Katie, for making that possible 🧡

I had a great experience at Lone Peak PT. Jason was really good at helping me to understand my injury and gave me exercises that were easy to do and helped me heal quickly. I also saw Emma several times and she was very helpful too. Both of them listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.
Everybody was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with what I was dealing with. I highly recommend them!

Lone Peak PT has been a great experience for me. I had a pretty serious shoulder surgery to fix instability. I’ve been working with Emma and Josh on my shoulder and they’ve both been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in their craft. I greatly appreciate their help in my recovery. I’m 5 months into my recovery and am stronger than I’ve ever been. Thanks ya’ll!!

I’ve had been injured plenty of times, been to multiple PT clinics from NY out to California. I was once interested in the PT field as well, this allowed me to get at least 100 hours with multiple different Therapists. Having Jason at Lone Peak PT was one of the best experiences I’ve come across! It’s an inspiring and unique feeling when you have a PT as engaged and caring as him. Jason didn’t put me in a general category and give me a list of exercises found online. His program was dynamic and specific to me and my lifestyle. He took the extra time to not only find the best exercises and stretches for me, but also explaining the anatomy and physics behind the motion. He was giving me a toolset to become independent in dealing with my injury. I’m extremely grateful for my time spent learning from him and would recommend him to anyone!

I also got to spend two weeks with Ben and that experience was equally as rewarding and gave a new insight on my progress from another skilled Therapist!

The front desk team always greeted me with a smile and by name! They’d ask me how my day or work week was, always engaged and positive.

Injuries can be frustrating. Having a team like Lone Peak on your side can make a huge difference! Thank you all for supporting me and I wish you all the best. Cheers, Jake.

The Lone Peak staff were excellent in scheduling and always greeting me personally with a smile. Jason listened to my concerns and led me through exercises to address my issues. He pushed me, but never exhausted me. He's extremely knowledgeable and taught me ways to address my knee issues that I had not learned in previous PT experiences. He also has a good sense of humor which makes the entire experience great. If you're lucky and have an appointment on his birthday, you might get a carrot cake cupcake with butter cream frosting! Thanks Jason and Lone Peak!

I started PT because of neck pain and headaches. I worked with Josh who was amazing! After a few months we were able to get my pain under control and I am now feeling much better. Josh was always motivating me and constantly searching for ways to help me feel better in my every day life. Everyone here is so kind and accommodating, it is a wonderful environment to be in.

Josh was super helpful getting my knee back to normal after surgery. I know that if I didn’t do physical therapy I wouldn’t have been able to get full range of motion back. He was very professional and friendly. I am so happy to be back to normal and doing what I love to do mostly golf!

I had a great experience at Lone Peak. It started with the friendly competent front desk, to my encouraging PT Ben. Ben explained my injury throughly to me and then we started the work. Our goal was to integrate me back to the outdoor activities I love. Each week I got stronger with his suggested excerise sessions. mission accomplished!! Thanks! I would recommend Lone Peak Physical Therapy to anyone!

I went to lone Peak PT for almost a year due to a string of injuries and surgeries. I worked with several different PTs during that time, and all were excellent. Professional, knowledgeable warm, and enjoyable to work with. The most recent one was Emma, whom i worked with after a meniscus repair. I also worked with Kristie, Katie and Ben during the year all all were equally good. The whole operation is well-run, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I had lower back surgery, lumbar fusions & decompressions, in January, 2023. I started PT at Lone Peak in April with Kristie Pratt. She did a thorough evaluation of my status and listened carefully to my goals. With those things in mind she gave me a clear set of PT exercises and coached me carefully in best technics for the exercises to get the most out of them. She also had an excellent set of illustrations on her iPad to show me what muscles each exercise was designed to help and why each was important. As a scientist I really appreciated her logical approach and clear explanations. I finished the PT at Lone Peak in August and continued my exercises at home. I had a second, shorter set of sessions with her in January 2024 to get a further evaluation of my progress. She adjusted some of my routines to give me more concise focused exercise routine to continue. I plan to see Kristie again in early 2025 for a further assessment of my progress. I am now ready to do some planned hiking in Big Bend in April this year and my next back pack trip in August. I could not recommend Lone Peak more highly.

Cheryl Tenpas at Lone Peak Physical Therapy is wonderful! She helped me regain strength after my fifth pregnancy and delivery and just did an excellent job coaching me through the needed exercises to target the specific areas that needed strengthening. I highly recommend her physical therapy, it has changed my life.

Lone Peak runs very well, appointments are always on time and scheduling is rarely a problem. I was assigned to work mainly with Jason who has expertise in the shoulder/middle back area where I was having issues, primarily from skiing but also from many other activities, all of which conspired to cause motion restrictions and pain. I was able to increase my range of motion considerably in a few weeks time working with Jason, which in turn reduced those annoying twinges of pain that occurred during certain activities. He was very good about using a plastic model of the shoulder area to show the areas of impingement that were the underlying cause of the pain, and then prescribing and demonstrating specific exercises and stretches to help reduce further pain and better position the shoulder socket to allow more movement. All I need now is to reverse over 60 yrs of bad habits...

If I ever need PT again I will 100% be coming back here! Lone Peak is amazing. Jason Schliefer was my PT and helped me reach all of my goals. He worked with me to rehab my injuries and maintain an achievable routine that I can apply in my every day life. I haven't felt this good in a long time. Thank you so much for everything. I am so grateful!

I had an amazing experience at lone Peak Physical Therapy. Their team is welcoming and extremely professional. All aspects of my care was positive from checking in, receiving expert rehabilitative care, to the smooth handling of administrative details. My therapists, Josh and Ben, are high level professionals implementing best practice in ACL rehab. None of my concerns or questions went unanswered. They were personable, genuine and kind.
Best of all, I could tell they authentically cared about my recovery and getting me back to an active lifestyle. They were fun, made me laugh, and helped make therapy a positive experience. I will miss working with them, along with Sarah, Allie and Matt who kindly greeted me by name the second I walked in the door. I highly recommend LPPT.
