Single Barrel Liquor and Bar

Looking for a place to have a nightcap, and being fans of whiskey, we stopped in here after dinner and had a really nice time. The bar is a beautiful space, and we enjoyed our cocktails along with the live music. I had the Blazing Saddles after the bartender told me the Desperado wasn't actually spicy at all, which is what I wanted. His recommendation was spot on. The Blazing Saddles had the right amount spice and was very flavorful.

Stumbled in and Single Barrel became on of our favorite places in Bozeman. Incredible bar, beautiful liquor store. Would love to see more in the Liqueur section.

I’m from Denver and I always wished Denver had a whiskey-focused bar with the type of atmosphere this place has. We’re real lucky to have such a killer spot in Bozeman. Great service, fair prices, and best of all: possibly the best selection of whiskeys I’ve ever seen.

Just like the western Cafe, I wish less people would come here. Honestly, hundreds of bourbon, whiskey, and scotch choices. The staff has been great and the shake a day is always fun. A one stop shop. Have a drink, and bring a bottle home.

Great selection of fine spirits as well as the bar produces some great drinks. The customer service is outstanding here as well. Highly recommended!!

One of the sweetest guys I’ve ever met! I’ve looked all over Bozeman for A very specific, a very tasty drink, and Zak got them in quicker than I could say Lagunitas hoppy refresher! Thanks to Zak these drinks are finally in Bozeman BUT ONLY AT SINGLE BARREL!

Great bar! Kyle was our bartender and was really great! Super nice! A great bat anytime but Father's Day is a must!

This liquor store is AMAZING and has such a great, wide variety of selections. Everything is neatly displayed and organized. We're from Helena and this liquor store is way better than the ones here. The staff is also friendly and attentive. They have more unique liquors/spirits than we have found in Helena since Helena area stores seem to be out of stock on a lot of items. The prices are also very fair/comparable. Highly recommend going here!

Stopped in yesterday to check out the liquor store, the clerk chatted me up and gave good recommendations, enough so that I brought the wife back by later that day.
We came back again tonight to check out the bar side after dinner and had a very nice time. Knowledgeable staff, great selection of bourbon and I am happy!

Very fun bar with great bartenders! Coming from Georgia, we don't have bars co-located with liquor stores so this was a cool, new concept for us. The liquor store attendant was very friendly but not yet knowledgeable on spirits. We were there on a night with live music and the bar was at standing room only. The location is a bit out of the way but don't let that stop you for coming here - worth the drive!

An amazing bar and liquor store! The cocktails are divine, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is amazing! It's a great place to get drinks with your friends after work, pick up a bottle to take home, or get your loved ones some unique and awesome gifts! So glad Bozeman has this business on the west end!

Great atmosphere and great drinks. Cocktails and whiskey priced reasonable for the Bozeman area. Fantastic selection of whiskey. Very much enjoyed you can get tasting size pours of the whiskeys for a lower price to give you a taste of the top shelf stuff at a not top shelf price. Or you can just do a flight of a bunch of different things.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff at this great, locally owned shop. Stocks a lot of Montana based distillery products. Also has a nice selection of more unique wines and beers.

Just finally had the chance to check it out. Solid selection at the bar, good bar tender, and reasonable but not awesome prices. I did like the atmosphere and felt that, in terms of covid, they were taking all the necessary precautions. It'd be nice if they had snacks but that's probably just a function of the times we're living in. Ill definitely give it another go.

The staff and owner are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was looking for a particular spirit and they were more than happy to help me order it. They also have a great in-house selection of wines and spirits. Highly recommend.
