Great food. Great drinks. Great staff.

The steak here was amazing and cooked to perfection. Trent at the bar was very knowledge and made some great bourbon picks for me. This place has it all!

This bar is a must when visiting Bozeman. Such a great atmosphere and cool decor.

We initially stopped in for a quick beer and some pretzel bites (which were amazing), then got talking to our fantastic bar tender, Isaac, who was such a lovely young gentleman and super helpful with recommendations for around town etc, and his cocktail mixing skills are next level. Don't bother reading the cocktail menu, just tell Isaac what you like and let him create the magic!

We ended up here both nights in Bozeman and loved it. All the staff are fantastic but we give a special shout out to Isaac and lovely Taylor for looking after us. Loved every minute!

We sat at the bar and had dinner. All of the bartenders were really good and friendly. I had the Huckleberry martini and my husband had a local beer on draft. We had half a wedge - the whole wedge is too much for anyone to split - steak and creme brulee. The brussel sprouts were amazing!

Dinner is always great at Copper! My favorite is the bison meatloaf and the drinks! A Bozeman favorite for many. Service was excellent even when busy. Aeven was an amazing server and made the experience super enjoyable!

Husband and I had dinner here last week and everything was fantastic! Great atmosphere, the appetizers were exceptional and my filet was cooked perfectly. And don't skip the creme brulee!

Quincy was our server and we followed all of her suggestions and left fat and happy! She was an exceptional server and we enjoyed the food and drinks!

We always love coming here! The whiskey and coke is our favorite thing to order. Our server tonight was Taylor, and she was so awesome!! Very kind and made sure we had a great experience. Our food was very tasty and the brussel sprouts were very good!!

Our server Daniel was awesome and then wrapped up the evening at the bar with a whisky flight. Trent is the whisky master and curated a custom flight for us! Great evening!

We had an excellent experience! We walked in with a 7:15 reservation as a party of 7, and Taylor took great care of us— she had awesome cocktail recommendations, and helped me customize my dinner order. Food was excellent, and we had such a good night!

My friend and I were in town picking up a used hot tub and needed a couple good cocktails and some dinner. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and able to point out every single option my friend had as someone who is allergic to gluten. She was thorough and had answers to all of our questions. The cocktails were unique and delicious. We each had a burger and shared the dry rub wings. Super tasty. We will be back. Our waitress also had a great recommendation for a bar down the street to snag a quick cocktail. Highly recommended.

Listen. I only have one thing to say about this place. Pork chop sandwich. Actually I have a lot of things to say about this restaurant. Upon descending the stairs you answer a dark saloon like restaurant. I was in love with the audience. The chairs and wooden tables were perfect. We had an array of food and drinks. Everybody was quite impressed. Several people got the bison meatloaf and said that it was super good. I decided to get the pork chop sandwich, even though I really didn't want to get it. I was stunned at how great it was. A literal party in your mouth. I don't even know how to describe it except that it just melds flavors together so perfectly. Go get it now. Seriously, Bozeman, check it out!

I went all out and got the steak. It was fantastic. I tend to be underwhelmed by steaks at restaurants so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy my dinner so much. Our table also ordered the trout and really enjoyed it!!

Perfect Montana ambiance, good drinks & yummy food. I like coming early to enjoy a cocktail at the beautiful bar before dinner so I can relax & take it all in. For apps, the Brussels sprouts and pretzel bites are good, but the dry rub wings are even better. My favorite entree selections are the steak, cheeseburger, and the house made ravioli.

The food and drinks here were absolutely amazing! The bison meatloaf was amazing and had so much flavor! The pork osso bucco was also a major hit!

We were visiting from out of town and my best friend recommended we try Copper. Everything was fantastic, the ambiance, our server, the food and pricing! Our server Taylor did an outstanding job and really made it a memorable and special evening for us. The fried pickles were the best I have ever has- I usually dont care for fried pickles but these were awesome! They have great happy hour pricing and all day deals on Sunday. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Food and drinks were awesome! Loved the ambiance of the spot and location from our hotel, very easy walk. Quincy had some great recommendations and I’m happy we added the apple crisp as a dessert - the half that wasn’t eaten will be perfect for breakfast. 🤙

Had a great dinner! The vibes are cozy and the food was great! We had the spinach artichoke dip, trout, and steak frites with truffle fries. The trout was amazing and the steak was cooked perfectly. Fries were great! I felt like we had great food for the price and left absolutely stuffed. Would recommend!!

Googled reviews for a great steak on drive from Missoula to Billings and landed here. I called and got worked into busy reservation night quickly. plus 1
plus 2 was meeting Lauren our server. She was VERY attentive and had excellent recommendations for our first time there, Very sweet and humble. The tenderloin and new york were OUTSTANDING with a nice char for flavor and cooked to perfection. Both of us felt it was on of the best steaks we had in in recent memory. Laurens drink recomendations for on point as well. The vibe in the restaurant was "young to middle age professionals". Great energy,
