The Nova Café

I love this place, I stopped by years ago on a road trip, and it was still as good as I remember. The food was fresh and very delicious. I had the fall harvest skillet. The homemade biscuit was one of the best I've had. The art on the walls and overall atmosphere was great. The staff was very nice, they were very busy so I get the running around. The price was great, very reasonable. That being said, I do live near Seattle, so that might just be me. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the nova Café on main Street in Bozeman, Montana for breakfast. The café itself is one of the most colorful ones I’ve ever been in, with artwork on the walls.

For food, I wanted something healthy and ordered an omelette that was loaded with nutritious vegetables and it was delicious. The portion size was generous, so you don’t need to worry about not getting filled up.

We stopped here for breakfast. Very colorful and quirky decor, but I liked it. The coffee was great and so was the "Cowboy Hash Bowl" with sautéed onions, peppers, home fries, habanaro sausage, bacon, ham, & eggs. Served with toast. I ordered a side of sausage gravy to put on top...it was delicious! I noticed at another table, someone ordered the waffles and a breakfast burrito. Both looked phenomenal!

I saw the Chia waffle on the menu and came to try it, and was not disappointed!! It was amazing ! Hanging out in Bozeman waiting on a flight and this was great find !

A group of seven of us had brunch today. Super awesome staff and the breakfast was fantastic. I had the Nova Skosha (spelling) that had the salmon in it. It was so good. Highly recommend ⭐

Excellent breakfast stop! Large menu with a dedicated vegan section. The tofu eggs may not look like anything special but they were fantastic! They have classics as well as more out there breakfast takes. Great service, the team is a well oiled machine that’s for sure.

Very good food, Margo is a great server, she took very good care of us. They did not disappoint.

We came in here a few mins before they were closing and let me just say from start to finish everything from the customer service to the food is great! This is the BEST biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had in my life the biscuits literally melt in your mouth and the gravy is seasoned so well just full of flavor! They were out of the fresh squeezed OJ but I feel like it would have been the cherry on top! I will be back thank you to our server Monica as well for being so welcoming from the moment we walked in thru and thru! Thank you.

Great breakfast place in Bozeman! Wonderful, huge portions. I had the Huevos Rancheros and my significant other had the Deuce (eggs and pancakes). The pancakes were so good and fluffy. Great cafe to go to!

This is a must, everything we ordered was amazing, from the cinnamon maple latte, to the giant mama's burrito. These portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The staff are super nice too.

Good breakfast spot that certainly holds a special place in many local's hearts. Straightforward menu. Monthly special dishes and drinks! As of the time of this review the special dish is a pumpkin spice French toast, it was very good. I previously had a Blackberry London fog tea which was also a special and also very good. Normally has a wait on the weekends (15-20 min), especially if there is a local football game or university event.

Retro diner-inspired brunch spot with an adaptable menu and relaxing atmosphere. I got the mushroom tacos, vegan, which meant tofu instead of eggs. The mushroom was awesomely seasoned. B got the root bowl with eggs, which easily could have been vegan too. Both hit the spot, and we enjoyed everything about the meal. Great breakfast/brunch spot!

I visited this place since it was on one of those websites where they said this one being one of the top places to eat breakfast in Bozeman area. The parking was a bit limited, but after driving a couple of loops in the one way streets, I was able to find a spot to park. I was happy I did.

When I first entered the restaurant, I was greeted right away and was asked if I could wait a couple minutes while they clean a table for me. A couple minutes later, I was walked to my table. There was vibrant art all around the place from a specific artist, "Color of Ashes". They were offering the art as a purchase along with the food they sell. They had other art and some menu items on the walls as well.

I was provided water in their Nova blue plastic cup and a menu. It was double sided and they also had a kids menu that you could get with real crayons and color. They offered freshly squeezed juice and many breakfast offerings you would expect to see at a breakfast restaurant. I ordered the all meat omlete for $14.95

It came with potatoes that were peppery, a choice of bread and an omlete with sausage, ham and bacon, and a little cheese on top. The only thing I wish it had more of was cheese. I normally expect an omlete to have cheese inside but it appeared there was little to no cheese inside.

The food tasted great and I was checked on to make sure everything was going well. Friendly staff and great food and atmosphere make this a great place to eat breakfast.

While visiting my son in Montana, we stopped into this cute little diner. The atmosphere was cozy and artsy. Let's talk about tacos for a moment since that's what I ordered. They were good, don't get me wrong. However I've been a Texan for 23 years now and tacos are different down there. These tacos at Nova were tasty, but if you are from Texas and craving your usual breakfast tacos... well, they aren't here. Lol. These are a different food altogether, but I really did enjoy them. ... and sorry, no pics of the food. I ate it before thinking about snapping the photos. Truly, I don't think you'd be disappointed in the Nova experience of you are in the area. Enjoy your day!

Had a great time at Nova Cafe. Super friendly/attentive staff. Tasty, unpretentious breakfast food that comes out quick! Generous portions and fair prices.

"The Deuce" (pancakes, eggs, bacon) was exactly what I needed. Really enjoyed the pancakes-- light and fluffy. GF enjoyed her huevos rancheros as well.

Update: Menu has gotten a bit smaller but still very good. The biscuits and gravy were delicious.

Everything was awesome from the bacon to the eggs Benedict to the french toast. Highly recommend!

This place was great! Loved the vegetarian options. We got tacos and a sandwich, both were great. Service was good and food came out quickly. The place is very cute too!

I came to Nova Café on a Sunday around 11 and was luckily seated immediately. I was served quickly as well and ordered a Honey Lavender Latte and a breakfast burrito with chorizo. And it was fantastic! I love anything lavender, and that latte was exactly what I was expecting.

I did end up taking most of my burrito to go as I had to get on the road sooner than expected but it heated up nicely the next day and wasn't soggy or anything. Definitely will be back if I am in the area again.

The environment was exceptional! Friendly staff, amazing breakfast with large portions along with unique and tasteful coffee! Definitely recommend when in Bozeman!
