Town Pump

Nathen, or Zippy, was extremely helpful. His attention to detail is impeccable. His costomer service and ability to banter is unsurpassible. I always come to this location because i know it will be a positive experience.

I stopped by this town pump on Cottonwood & Huffine on my way from the airport, and I was impressed by how clean the store was (compared to most of the gas stations back home). The store seemed understaffed like so many buisnesses these days, however my cashier Ryan was absolutely amazing and was so kind, attentive and cheerful that it honestly made my day! I can't remember the last time I had such a nice experience with an employee in a gas station in my 35 years of life 😂. Ryan was willing and able to answer all of questions and was able to give me directions to the Museum of the Rockies 👍🏻! He genuinely seemed to care about his customers and was amazing with the other people that were waiting in line ahead of me. He truly should be running the store because he honestly just checked all the right boxes! I've had to deal with so many rude and obnoxious cashiers at gas stations before and my experience with Ryan at this Town Pump honestly didn't feel real. I wish I could transport him and this store back to my hometown in Virginia because this store had absolutely everything you would need from a gas station, and Ryan was top of the notch in his customer service! I wish the store could be more staffed though because Ryan was helping so many customers (albeit very quickly and efficiently), and he deserves some more help. I'd strongly recommend using this gas station, and if you see Ryan working go to his line over anyone else..... just trust me on this 😉😂! Cheers!

I had punctured my gas tank while off-roading while I had no service, but made it back to Bozeman and pulled over at the Town Pump off Cottonwood road. I parked away from all other cars and one of their employees came out to check on us and he was incredibly helpful. It was late and no auto repair shops were open so his help was such a blessing. ***10/10 customer service. He was knowledgeable about the situation and nice.

Best TP in Bozeman! Always friendly staff and fully stocked with everything I need. So convenient having them on the way home.

A gentelmen with long hair was my cashier this evening I feel bad I didnt get his name! He said he could use some of/appreciated my positive attitude! Thought he was very kind for the compliment. He was also pleasant with the older customer in front of me as well. Good customer service! Thanks!

Anna the store employee is the worse! I was trying to put in a formal complaint but their website will not allow it so I will leave a review instead. Waited in a long line, over 10 minutes - which is understandable because of the employment in Bozeman is short staffed. Once I got up to the line, I had a few scratch tickets to turn in. She stated I would have to wait for all the customers to be out of the store for her to run them. I waited an additional 15 mins for her to come help me again. In which she scans the first winner and then tells me she does not have enough cash to fulfill my $20 winner. Never once have I felt so disrespected by an employee. She told me its not her fault there are too many customers in store and she is too busy to help me cash out my tickets.

About a year ago, most Town Pumps in the area switched out the card readers on their pumps. Since then, I have only been able to get them to work successfully half the time I try to use them. It's always a "chip malfunction" or "see cashier". This particular Town Pump is the worst of all. I can only think of one time when my card worked at the pump. Sorry, but it's not the 90's anymore. I don't want to see a cashier to pay for my gas.

Besides the pumps, why is everything else always broken here??? This is a brand new store, relatively speaking. Why has the air pump been "in service" for over a year? Why are the bathrooms so nasty? Town Pump used to be the best local gas station to go to. What's happened?!

NEVER do business at this establishment. Management searched my associates personal belongings without her knowing, and fired her upon finding a sandwich from the GARBAGE. Shannon (manager) is rude and indecent to both customers and staff.

I hate these Town Pumps. Always under staffed (ie don’t pay employees enough), the pumps are brutally slow (even the semi diesel), they don’t sell ethanol free premium.

Worst town pump. 2nd time I’ve stopped in at 6:30am to find zero sandwich shelves stocked. 4-corners is on top of it but I’m not shopping out of town pump any more, waste of my time.
