For whatever its worth i just had such a great experience here. Barrett and Sherry were beyond accommodating and willing to help me and realized guest service superceded corporate protocol essentially in the scenario we were faced with. And i wont forget it and i will specifically come back to this location because of it! Great employees A++

Good customer service

This gas station is a cut above the rest. The cashiers are consistently friendly, the prices (save beer) are consistently low or on par, and even the bathrooms stay spotless. They have hot and ready sandwiches in the morning, amazing for the working man and a full fast food joint in the back. If you don’t find what you need here, it’s on you. They have everything you could want and more from a gas station.

Thanks to a much-needed restaffing this place has seen much improvement. Really like Seth and Alex very hard workers!

I’ve always considered this my go to neighborhood gas station. Seems like they really don't show much appreciation for keeping the exterior landscaping well kept lately. All the grass is dried up, overgrown trees/bushes. Makes the place look pretty sloppy in a neighborhood that is very nice.

Have your concert conversations on your own time..... really enjoyed standing there for 10 minutes with 2 employees not paying attention.

This is the most worthless gas station I've ever been to. Went for gas, out. Went for washer fluid today, out. Well disappointment, why not eat something. All severely overpriced, and somehow for as big as the store is, the worst selection imaginable. They must get a discount from the suppliers to stock the nastiest food the other stations don't want. Good thing I didn't want alcohol, they aren't allowed to sell that this random Wednesday for some reason.

It really really sucks this is the corner station for this part of town.

Watch out for the pothole in the parking lot. I've been shopping at Casey's for about 10 years. I usually walk over from my house. I made the mistake of driving over tonight. I hit a pothole in the parking lot, and it messed up my alignment. I complained, and the clerk said, "Yeah, it's a big one. I hit it the other day." Lousy stinking oil company. No wonder no one likes them.

Don't work here! The manager is lazy and works his staff to the bone. Turn over rate is through the roof. He will only work his scheduled 40 hours a week and will not give his asm weekends off. This really is the pinnacle of bottom of the barrel customer service work.

Pumps constantly out of order. Last time, the pump was so slow it was barely working. I asked if they we’re having problems with all the pumps and the lady replied “I don’t know, I’m not a pump technician”.

Younger girl with short hair had a really bad attitude when I was trying to make a purchase. Not kind and definitely not good customer service. She just lost a customer.
