Hayden's has become *the* trusted company for me and my family over the past several years after dealing with at least a dozen others that just didn't hit the mark for various reasons. Hayden and Sons provides very timely and professional service. Their workmanship is absolute tops in the entire DC/MD/VA area. They communicate well and NEVER try to push additional work on you beyond the scope of the job at hand. They do the work for our main home and our rental property, and we will never go to anyone else for help at this point. We really appreciate them and highly recommend them!

What a fantastic experience with Paul Hayden and his son! Normally fantastic doesn’t come to mind when one is dealing with well water system problems, but the Hayden’s got my water running! They took great care of me and put me at ease with their thorough explanation of the work they were performing, why and expected outcomes. They arrived at my home on time, were very respectful of my home and toward me and just exhibited the level of customer service that is very hard to come by these days. They cleaned up afterwards, left no trace and got my water running with pressure I’ve never experienced in the four years I owned my house. I can’t recommend these guys enough and I already plan on calling them to do some additional plumbing at my home.

The Haydens have saved our lives on multiple occasions... They are always so quick to schedule us in an emergency. The whole staff, from the receptionists, to the techs are so kind and understanding, even answering our panicked calls after hours. Daniel was a complete professional. I have never been happier with any other service technician that's come out to make repairs for us. Daniel was very respectful of our house and our time and the services rendered were affordable. He was super fast, super responsive, and successfully diagnosed and fixed our toilet within one hour of arriving Thank you to the receptionist who took my call this morning and to Daniel who completed the tasks within 4 hours of my initial contact!

I know everybody's already said they're super polite and nice, but it really can't be overstated. Paul's a joy to talk to on the phone and made scheduling an appointment quick and easy! The plumber was a little late to show, just because earlier stops were taking longer than planned, but once they arrived they really went the extra mile and worked quickly and efficiently to complete a number of projects. Super happy with their work and would definitely call them again.

Called in a panic with my alarm for septic not shutting off. Received a text for pictures in just a few minutes. They came out on a Sunday and was able to shut off the alarm. Amazing

Our well pump went out this past week. I contacted three other companies first, because I didn't see Hayden Plumbing in the search results when I did a Google search for "Well Repairs in Calvert County". Company number #1: website stated they offer 24/7 emergency repair. This was a complete lie!! They told me it would take two or more weeks to get to us. Company #2: Good Google reviews but never answered their phone. Company #3: Did a service call that day, but then left me without water for the next two days after promising they would come out and replace the pump. Now for the irony, my neighbors well died the day. They hired Paul C. Hayden Jr. & Sons Plumbing and Heating Inc. I talked to the crew while they were replacing my neighbors well pump. When they found out we were without water they offered to fix our system that day, and they did as soon as they fixed my neighbors well system. Their service was outstanding and the repair price was very fare, it was actually less than the price quoted by the other company that didn't show and Hayden installed higher quality equipment. This is the only company I that will get my business in the future when it comes to the services they offer. I thank them and highly recommend them!

The best! This company surpassed my expectations on what a good plumber can do. They are thorough and knowledgeable about their work. They are a family business and the professionalism is amazing!!!
I’ve never dealt with any business like them before and I will always call them for when problems arise. The prices are not over the top they are reasonable and when we had an issue with a filter they installed they came out and fixed it.

Needed to have septic repaired due to selling my home. Called them 3 days ago, was immediately referred to Hayden Septic and spoke to Tracy. She and husband Stephen went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and the job was completed beyond my expectations by 10:30 this morning. I am over the moon happy with the service and quality.

If you need any plumbing done you have to call them. My husband and I were struggling to find someone who could replace our water main and someone recommended I call Hayden. They came out so quickly to look at the job, they were the only ones who seemed to be able to actually complete it. Mr. Hayden was so polite. He worked so hard to get permitting from the county. It was difficult because we are in the critical area and our water main runs under a stream in our yard. He kept in touch with me through every step in the process. When the work was done they replaced about 90 feet of water main from under the blacktop, across the stream, up a hill and into the house in a day. They cleaned up so well behind themselves. They even fixed a broken hose bib that I didn’t tell them about, and they didn’t even charge me for it! Their prices were really good too. I can’t recommend them enough.

Paul Hayden and Sons have be been my [plumbers for the last six years, They are fantastic and I recommend them without reservation. Recently they replaced a leaky main lline from the street to the house. They acted quickly with the right crew and equipment, and did a great job. Unlike other plumbers they responded to the urgency of the situation. Most recently Paul Hayden and Sons (specifically Steve Hayden) replaced my septic tank, quickly obtaining permits, appropriate tank, new construction and landscaping. They were very quick to begin construction, ended early, did an amazing job, and left the scene immaculate, They are a great choice.

High quality work! I couldn't be happier. They reconfigured the set-up to our well pump and replaced the well. They stuck to the price quoted and used copper piping. They even bothered to come ask us if we wanted the garden spigot to be reattached in a more convenient place. They were focused on doing it right, not doing it quick.

The Haydens are great plumbers and came out very quickly to fix a clogged drain line in my master bath. Took them about 40 min and I was good to go. Very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this family business.
