They were knowledgeable and incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure the instrument was in excellent working order. What's more, their services were affordable. I highly recommend their expertise and fast and friendly service!

I had a wonderful experience here! They’re in a very convenient location and the employees are wonderful! I just needed new strings on my old guitar and a tune and they shined it up and it sounds great now. Their prices are very reasonable and they’re very helpful! I’m also looking for a new guitar at the moment and they had great prices and a good selection. I’ll definitely be back soon:)

Wonderful new music store that recently opened up. The store is family run and the staff is all extremely friendly. I will definitely be coming here for any services I need; they offer repair service, lessons, and have a great selection of gear!

John & Val are truly nice people who go out of their way to help you find what you need and get it in ASAP. Their gentle nature makes for a friendly, comfortable environment that puts the students at ease, as well as the parents. A pleasure doing business with them, or even just chewing the proverbial fat with John about music. And then, there is also he dog... :-) A welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Have been taking lessons here for a little over 4 years now. Absolutely wonderful experience everyday I go in there and everyone who works there is very nice and very helpful. Absolutely recommend.

If you have kids that are considering an instrument, this is the place to go! They truly care about the "experience" and the needs and wont sell you what you dont need. Even if you didnt buy it there, they will help you as if you did without question. If they dont have what you want.... they will get it for you. My oldest wanted to try guitar and they put him into a used one to start off with. Now he's shown its something he will stick with and his next one will come from JPOZZ without question. Highly recommend JPOZ-!
