I really appreciated their patience and professionalism in helping me work out a situation with my maintenance plan. I will come here again for servicing my vehicle in the future.

Prince Frederick Dodge has continued to impress me with the service and maintenance they provide their customers. On my recent trip to the dealership, I requested to have an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection performed on my Challenger. They were able to get me in within one day of scheduling, performed the services in under an hour, and did so at HALF the price of my local Dodge dealership. Although being a 45 minute drive north of me, and significantly farther than my local Dodge dealership, I plan to continue coming to Prince Frederick Dodge for service on my vehicle due to their high level of work and accommodating staff.

Great service! Took care of all five of my recalls within a few hours. The customer service was also fantastic. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

My Salesman Chris H. was phenomenal. He communicated very well at the onset and listened to my concerns with value for my trade.

There was an issue with a dash light on the vehicle I was purchasing, and Chris H. recommended we take a loaner home and allow them to diagnose the issue.

Chris H. keep in contact with me with the issue and what their service did to remedy the problem, which was fixed promptly.

The cherry on top was when he offered to deliver the vehicle to my home in PA, so my wife and I wouldn’t have to drive 3 hours again back to the dealership.

Recently brought my Ram pickup in for service of a couple of odd issues and Jennifer was great. She was very friendly and really tried to make sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this service center.

BLUF: I would buy from Scott again. He treated us fair and gave me a good value for my old Jeep on trade-in. I worked with him over a period of several weeks to make sure we found the Jeep we wanted in our price range. When we walked away from the first one all the staff was supportive and Scott asked if he could send me some updates as they got jeeps in. We finally found one at a sister dealership in Waldorf and he had it down here the next day. The whole staff treated us well and I’m not an extended warranty dude but they had some pretty good deals.

We have been purchasing vehicles across the country for well over 10 years now, and this has by far been the best dealership we have ever worked with!

Last week we purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a turnaround time of 2 days which was very impressive considering we live in Texas and this dealership is in Maryland!

Chris Hogue was an incredible salesman who was kind, patient, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. After purchasing the vehicle, he followed up with us several times to ensure everything went well on our drive home to Texas. We can't recommend him enough!

Bought a Ram 1500. Had our mechanic check it and there were issues that were not previously seen. I called and spoke with Mr. Basil. Mr. Basil was over the top courteous and willing to do whatever necessary to make it right. Totally awesome customer service (and I am all about good customer service)!

I had the best experience with the Prince Frederick DCJ dealership. Everyone was professional and assisted me with fixing my front end sensor. They worked with me to get me in for an appointment as soon as possible when another dealership delayed my services. I am very grateful for they’re help and highly recommend.

Took in my jeep for an engine light and really impressed with the service. Robert was straight forward and honest about what the issue was and expectations of what needed to be done. The issue was fixed and covered by warranty. Really like the fact that they kept you updated on the repairs and swift responses on questions I had. Had my oil changed yesterday. Back today for a check engine light. Before leaving home checked oils only to find oil cap left off. The check engine code was low crank case pressure sensor.
It’s hard for me to say a negative word about this dealership, but there is a certain level of trust that comes with leaving your vehicle at any service station. They completely violated that trust. This could have become a bigger issue. I’m glad it didn’t.
Makes you think if they are this careless what else didn’t they do?
Other than that the staff in service department of friendly and courteous.

Since this very isolated incident the service here has been awesome! I still take my vehicles here and will continue to take them here! I have changed my star rateing to 5 Stars!! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have taken my truck here a couple of times for some maintenance services and other type of services and they always treat me nice
Can’t complain about anything here.
