Brick Wood Fired Bistro

We celebrated a large party last Saturday for a birthday AND surprise engagement. 🤗
JORDAN and Kate were our coordinators and Emily and Elisabeth were our servers. We had a group of 45 people total and were able to have to whole side room to ourselves. There was plenty of space for all and then some. Our “personal” staff took amazing care of making sure EVERYTHING went smooth and as planned, even the big secret. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service all of the ladies provided to us and for us. They were friendly, on their game and ready for us whenever we needed them. Emily even made sure I got myself a couple of Hot Toddy’s for the cold I was feeding (thank you).
I would highly recommend the Brick if you’re looking for a spot to host your next big gathering. The food and the drinks were amazing as always. I can’t say enough of how pleased we were by the end of the night.
Thanks to all the great staff!! I think all our guests enjoyed their experience as well.

That pizza was so tasty! The crab stack had so much crab, it was a refreshing balance with the cheesy crab pizza. The chips were just right, not greasy at all.

Watching some of the other plates rush by, I was seeing plenty of fresh and tasty options. You can eat healthy or go with guilty pleasures.

Staff were friendly and with eating at the bar we had pleasant chatter with the bartenders.

Had a last minute event to host and Kate made it happen in less than a week. The buffet food was awesome and our private area was perfect. Kate went out of her way to accommodate us and handled some issues we presented her with and she took care to resolve these right away. Only complaint I have is that we had to go find the waitresses to order more drinks after we ate and we still had an hour and a half to go. Strongly recommend this venue for an event.

I worked for Brick as a cook for some time and it was one of my favorite jobs. (I had to leave due to a personal injury) The kitchen is always clean and organized, the food is incredible, the staff is always friendly, and the management is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. I am a little biased about the food but I seriously think it’s amazing. A restaurant that flows this well is no doubt going to put out some good food. I’ve heard people complain about the prices but you absolutely always get what you pay for. Fresh ingredients, everything is made from scratch, local farm fresh meat for a few dishes, the chefs really care about the food that goes out. Would give 100 stars if I could 😁

The best restaurant and service in Calvert County-not forgetting about their sister restaurant Bai-because that is equally amazing! You can’t go wrong with a plain jane pizza, the variety of salads, or their seasonal entrees. The burgers are probably the best in the county-they use Sassafras’s meats and support many local small town businesses. Their dessert menu is a must, we never order dessert but do almost every-time we are here. I’ve been spoiled by their cocktail menu and the gimlet is my absolute favorite. We come to Brick for family dinners, date nights, group events with our gyms, we’ve visited for private baby showers, engagement parties, and we’ve even hosted a surprise 30th birthday party here. You name it, they do it. Thanks for creating such an awesome space in our home town Jason & Jordan!

Delicious food and incredible staff. We had a large party, over 12 people, with a bunch of hungry young children. The staff were great, even providing a bunch of options for some people with food allergies. They also had live music in a corner of the restaurant. Well worth the wait, recommend making reservations in advance.

Great experience! We stopped while on our way back from Solomons Island. Great ambient. Our waiter was excellent, very polite, as I have read on a couple of reviews. Our food was excellent. They have a DIY Pizza kit for kids so they can make their own pizza, a great entertainment for the kids. Our pizzas were on point and our Brick Fries were delicious!

Definitely will recommend if coming with family or on a date!

Had the Smoked Maple Old Fashioned and the Prime Burger with Brick fries. Everything was delicious. Great service from Kevin! Lovely atmosphere. You should go.

Stopped by here for lunch after it was recommended to us by a local winery.

We got the Crispy Brussel Sprouts - they had a hint of burnt due to how thinly they were they cut, but the seasoning they were prepared with was excellent and the aoli they came with was absolutely delicious and worth getting extra of.

The Brick Fries were amazing - cooked and seasoned perfectly - while the house “ketchup” featuring a hint of ?chipotle? was a great accompaniment to the garlic and Parmesan on the fries.

My wife and I each got a different pizza, both of which were cooked just right - the dough was springy without being too underdone. The sauces - mine red, hers beschamel - were both tasty and accompanied the toppings well.

The cocktails were a little pricey, and I hope they continue to provide this food quality for the rates charged, but at present it was well worth the experience.90

Brick has been one of my top go-to restaurants for years! Their warm & inviting atmosphere mixed with their friendly staff and AMAZING food, you can’t go wrong!! Their burgers and pizza are some of the best in SOMD. And the brunch… amazing! You have the tru to blueberry muffins. The owners and staff are supportive of their community and community members as well which also is just a nice bonus for a business you’re supporting! Highly recommend!

Update: I finally managed to go on Sunday to try their brunch and holy guacamole, is it totally worth it. The place was fully packed, people were having a good time probably because of the bottomless mimosas or maybe just because the food is really great. I added this place on my favorite list in Southern Maryland.
Tips: do not miss on the French Toast and the Waffle Sundae. To be honest, everything I tried there was so delicious that made me question whether or not to go for a third dessert in a row !

It was my first time at this bistro and although I picked it randomly ( I am usually the type that likes to do some research ahead ) I was pleasantly surprised with the menu, the fusion food and the vibe of the whole place. Although it was a Thursday evening the place was very crowded which indicated that it was indeed a popular choice. I had tzatziki chips as a starter which was definitely shareable and an amazingly flavored garlic shrimp scampi pasta. The food was fresh rich in taste and I left very satisfied.
I was also very happy to find out that they host a la carte Sunday brunch.

Made reservations for our date night at 7pm. Arrived at 7 and was seated about 8 minutes later. Ordered appetizers and drinks. Once they arrived we ordered our food. Food was served quickly, shrimp n grits and kale ceasar salad with shrimp. Perfect all the way around for us! Thank you for your superior service and fantastic food.

My husband and I love Brick! Their food is amazing and the service is just as good. I highly recommend it! The heritage pork entree is my personal favorite!

Good food, service and atmosphere. Definitely will return when in the area again! Got the truffle chips-amazing with the dill dip. The that's fire pizza on GF crust, so delicious and finished it off with Brulee pumpkin cheesecake...mmmmm!!

I would have taken more than one picture of my food but... After eating the crispy brussel sprouts, I was way too into the food to remember. Great service with our server being super attentive; and a great place to bring all the family over.

We had 30 guests at a “ Triple”80th birthday party for my parents and everything went amazingly well ! All the food was delicious and the service was excellent !! Everyone had a great time !! We highly recommend to anyone with a large group !

Excellent experience in my first trip to Print Frederick. I don’t know if I’ll even be back, but if I do, my dinner plans are already set.

This is a great local, hang out in Prince Frederick Maryland. They have a large bar area with live music lots of TVs, very friendly atmosphere. They have wonderful pizzas and desserts, and everything in between.

Best restaurant in Calvert county Maryland. Everything is made from scratch. If you like good drinks and good steaks I highly recommend coming here !
