Abners Crab House

Rainy day special: Buy 2 dozen mixed males, get 1 dozen free! Every crab was good 👍 Waitress was attentive and pleasant. Great rainy evening!

The fish and chips were excellent. Ma enjoyed the crabs and finished a half dozen by herself! Our waitress was wonderful and very friendly

Abner’s is exactly what I expected out of a seafood restaurant in Maryland (I’m from the NC mountains)! We had to search how to eat crab the correct way, because my wife and I are new to this, and once we got it, we dug in. The food was amazing and we were stuffed at the end! We bought A LOT of food so we spent a little over $100 total, but there’s options for everyone’s price range that’s equally as good.

Their small/medium mixed blue crabs are as big as some places' large crabs. Delicious. Hush puppies were awesome. Crab cakes were pretty much as full of meat as they could get while still holding together. Service was excellent. Pricey, but worth every penny!

Amazing salmon sliders. (I need the recipe) food was great. Hunter was super nice and we got to play slot games after dinner.

I had the soft shell crab sandwich with a 3oz crab cake added. The crab cake was all crab with little breading. The soft shell crab sandwich did not need the bun because the crab was filling enough. However, I ate the bun because it looked so soft and it was. My drink from the bar was a 16 Oz rum and coke. Heavy on the rum but good. All was worth the prices and the drive from DC.

Abners is an amazing seafood restaurant!! Don't be fooled by other reviews though this place does not seem like your average crab house the food and drinks are amazing!! Not to mention the beautiful view in the outdoor seating area. while we were there, it was a deal for $24.99 per person all you can eat crabs.

We got the all you can eat crab meal and the crabs were delicious! The service was great and they brought out the crabs at a rate so we didn't have to wait. They were cooked perfectly! I wish they also had all you can eat sides to accompany the crabs. You had to order the sides a la cart. Overall, a great meal!

The service was awesome, Austin is always great! They have male and female crabs. Everything was really great. They even have raw,steamed, and fried oysters!!! Tried their fish and chips rockfish was fantastic!!!

We had dinner here for the first time and it was AMAZING!!! Crabs were fresh and full!! Best best part was our waiter Trae!!! He could have serviced us trash food and we would have been happy!! Awesome awesome waiter!!! Will definitely return!!

Greeted by Annie and helped my party of 7 to the outdoors. Extremely courteous and very warm and friendly service. Food also was delicious. Fresh food and amazing flavors. I had the Abners steam pot and loved every bite of it. Definitely coming back when in town!

Its a cute little spot. Delicious crab. I ordered the crab imperial. It was spot on. Lisa was our server. She was very busy but her customer service was perfect even on a busy Saturday night. Great place for a date.

I've traveled here for over ten years from Pennsylvania..One of the freshest seafood houses..Ever I totally recommend.

Haven't been since I was a teen. Took my two teens there. Didn't disappoint. Excellent fresh seafood, delicious hush puppies. Bonnie was very nice and helpful and was very attentive and provided excellent customer service.

We have eaten there for years, we love everything and all the staff, we live down the street and will forever be happy customers

Food was A1! Flavors are all there,, service is slow but this is a homie restaurant.

We love Abners. Every visit from Oklahoma MUST include a trip for the delicious blue crabs. The crabs are fresh and meaty. We also love the hushpuppies and onion rings. Service is always good and the atmosphere is casual and comfortable.

Wow! This was an amazing experience. We had a terrific waiter that knowledgeably handled my celiac restrictions and served us unmatched food.
This is a definite must visit restaurant when you're in the area!
