Terri was AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable about not only the products, but also the learning curve of each new musician. She was very accommodating and worked with us patiently, as we together decided on the right equipment and instructions best for our young future Rockstar! The prices are FANTASTIC! This store is wonderful! We walked in with our 4th grader and said he wants to play an instrument but we have no idea what he wants to play. They were all friendly. Crystal took us into a practice room and started pulling out instruments for him to try based on his apparent interests. He had a blast and found that he felt really comfortable with a cello. She let him try a viola, and also pulled out a box of clean model mouthpieces for woodwinds and brass instruments for him to try blowing through, just for the experience so he could choose what felt most comfortable. Meanwhile, my daughter played with their sweet little dog, Aria, and even got to try out the drum set. I couldn't imagine a better first music experience! We will, of course, be back again.

Sacchetti Music has been amazing to work with in repairing my son's saxophone and getting us a short term rental. Will definitely use them again!
