Smoke and vape

My go to spot for kratom. Never had an issue with customer service. Quite the opposite in fact. I met Karim (who works for the shop) when I first moved to MD. He’s now someone I consider a friend. Sometimes I stop by just to hang out and talk. Great selection of items

Very nice store with friendly staff and every thing is available, Prices are reasonable and I have heard that they open store in Dunkirk also , wish you best of luck guys keep rocking

Good selection of disposable vapes. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Only one mild bad experience over a refund that I felt was mishandled. But they fixed it.

They have just about everything. Stuff for vapes, flower and anything thing tobacco related. This is my go to store! They are open late and great customer service!!

High prices

bought a vape battery on sunday.. stopped working properly wed (turns on but won't draw).. went back to the store and was told sorry, we don't guarantee anything works (did offer me one of the cheap stick batterys, that are nothing like the one I bought, which I bought because it was not the cheap stick battery). but when I bought it, I was told any issues just bring it back, but apparently he was fired. so good luck
Edited review because I see owner has been responding and as per a previous review response was "it worked when you bought it"

So with that response, I feel as if this store is buying refurbished items that are good for resell without guarantee that they will work more then one time you tried at the store. obviously looking at previous reviews I don't feel as if they care. so shop at own risk

Came to the place passing by as I usually do. Stopped in to purchase two elf bars for $50. Got them home, and tried both of them. They had zero flavor. To me Sounds like something that sat on a pallet for a long time. I took them back 2 days later having puffed on them enough to determine they were faulty. I was Hoping for a replacement from the manager. I spoke to him. He told me he would offer me a discount but not replace the product. I'm very disappointed with The customer service offered by smoke and vapes leadership. They refused to take responsibility for the products that they sell which are not cheap. I do not recommend coming to this place to purchase anything as you're likely not going to get the service you would expect from any reputable company. It would be easier for you to just throw your money in the garbage then travel to and fro from this operation. There is a chance that you will get a product that does not meet standards. The manager was not sympathetic in any way, I will not be going back. Paradise smoke shop down the street has an excellent selection and offers products at a competitive price to Smoke and vape. I recommend Paradise smoke shop over this one.

This place sold Me a empty box for $50 and then accused me of stealing. I should have checked before I left the store, but I was only parked directly in front of their class door. I immediately came back inside and notified the clerk, I told him I would check my car one more time to see if it fell out. After not finding it a second time I went back inside and the clerk began to tell me there was no way the box is empty and was accusing me of lying to him. I had my feelings hurt immediately and I said, “sir I’ve been here three or four times you can at least talk with me about this , You know I checked my car could you maybe check your shelf? Or ask another employee if they tested it out or something?”
I even suggested that I buy a second product, if he would promise that we could talk about it at a later date, because I was on my way to work. He immediately replied no there’s no talking there’s no way the box is empty.
Basically they pretty much stole $52 from me, and it was hurtful and also that $52 made a big difference in my week I’m not a rich person.
I hope they read this and make it right man, I’ve never been treated so bad.

I bought vape Friday afternoon Saturday morning it went out. Went in to exchange he said non refundable which is fine I want one that works. Wasn’t the best customer service 10/10 don’t recommend right and if you can read it says it stopped working Saturday morning I just wanted one that works and I come in there all the time. So all I was asking to switch me with one that works that’s all
