What a terrific local company. A+ in every category. I’ve used them to install a water softener and propane take / lines in my house as well as oil delivery for a rental house. Top notch work and customer service. They go above and beyond. I was in a bind during the most recent snow storm and they were out at my house within 2 hours of calling. Helping someone on an emergency basis without hesitation tells you everything you need to know about SJ Johnson. They take care of their community.

I contacted the office to request an estimate on installing a new line from my existing underground propane tank to my new pool heater. Caitlyn was very helpful with scheduling and beyond that, every single person from the staff was extremely knowledgeable. I could not ask for a better display of outstanding customer service. We hired the company to install the equipment. The job was completed much sooner than we anticipated; even though we had a couple of hiccups, the hiccups were no fault of the company. Todd Dove was my poc for the project and I received nothing but professionalism each time I spoke with him. I definitely recommend SJ Johnson for any project.

This company pays attention to details as well as the customer. We needed our fireplace maintained for the first time as we home owners. Rusty was an excellent service provider. He meticulously explained all aspects of our fireplace and its upkeep. I would not hesitate to use SJ Johnson again for all our propane and fireplace needs. A++.

Clearly if you read the reviews, you’ll see that this is a good company. I was apprehensive, to say the least, just because I’d been given the runaround by other companies. But I’ll give it to St. Johnson, they were upfront and honest from the jump. Just want to shout out to Will and his buddy for an amazing install job. They were so patient and willing to do everything to get the job done. After running into almost every issue they could, Caitlin pulled strings to get Rusty out immediately, on-the-fly, during his busiest season. Rusty came into the situation without hesitation, worked his magic and went above and beyond. Truly a heaven-sent. I really just want to commend y’all on your top-notch customer service. It’s hard to find this kind of service nowadays.. we really appreciate it. Thank you!

SC Johnson is an incredible company. We have been customers for years. From the staff that answer the phone to the drivers, they are five star. They make you feel special and appreciated as their customer. Always, always perfect service.

Super thankful for them! This is the first house we've had with a propane furnace. We moved here last January. I decided not to do the automated meter... what was I thinking? We woke up one morning a few weeks ago to a 52 degree house... It took me two coffees and a few hours to realize that our propane was empty and to remember that our furnace runs on propane... duh.

Anyway, they were able to come out that afternoon, do a linecheck, and get us refilled. The tech who came out was able to make sure our pilot lights got turned back on for the furnace and our fireplace, and was super friendly while he did it.

The ladies answering the phones are always helpful even if I sounded like a complete moron the 4 times I called that morning!

Will never use anyone else and now I'm smart enough to just get the meter and can see my usage on the app-- definitely a bonus! Thanks guys :-)

SJ Johnson is a great company to deal with. We get deliveries of heating oil, on road diesel, propane, and had our water softener installed and maintained. Local, reliable company, with employees who are knowledgeable, and courteous.

Amazing customer service and workmanship by RUSTY!!!! He identified the problem immediately ( Superior fireplace told us that the outside ventilation couldn't be the reason our gas fireplace seemed to not be getting enough oxygen--- but they didn't check it like Rusty who found and removed the birds nest that was blocking it and is a huge fire hazard as well). Highly recommend them- would give more than 5 stars if I could

Will hooked up the tank outside. He did a nice clean job and took the time to answer all my questions.

Also did a nice clean job and explained everything on how the fireplace works, all the maintenance and care was explained.

I can not say enough good things about this company. The customer service is excellent, the fuel service technicians are delicate about our landscaping and the installer Will is spectacular. We wanted a propane line installed on our deck to hook up our barBQ grill. It was rather technical because of the location of the grill and my desire to have the lines hidden. Will took his time and delivered a perfect finished product. He was able to install the entire system completely hidden from sight. I highly recommend this company.

Got my order in for propane delivery and had it within 1-2 days. Great turn around time an driver was professional!

I called to ask about a propane space heater for my grandmother's house. The staff were very helpful, walking through our needs and finding the right type and size of equipment for us, and then scheduled our install for a date that worked for us. The guys who came to install it called ahead so we could be on the lookout for them. They took their time and were very careful with our 125 year-old farmhouse, measuring three times and cutting once. They were SO PATIENT with my grandmother, who had lots of questions about how to use her new heater. They explained everything and answered all her questions making sure she understood. It was a little rainy outside, so they left their shoes on the porch each and every time they came in - even though we didn't ask! DEFINITELY recommend them!

Hands down, the best company around. I called them bc I fired SMO. They responded quickly and had my tank filled right away. Colette treated me so well, I felt like family. I had the flu and had forgotten to hire a new vendor and was out of oil. She went above and beyond to help me.

This team worked hard and after hours to get the job done. The drivers were knowledgeable and courteous and did a great job getting the large trucks up and down our street and driveway! Couldn't recommend them more!!!

It's so refreshing to find a company that you can trust to perform excellent work! I called SJ Johnson on Monday for pool water delivery and they were able to come out by Wednesday. Not only was I impressed by the timely manner they were able to come out, but the communication throughout the process was impeccable. I received a confirmation call the day before my appointment and the technician, Mike, kept me informed every step of the way. I will be highly recommending this company to others!
