Fresh Wood Fired Pizza and Pasta

I haven't had pizza this amazing in years! As a pizza enthusiast, I was thrilled with the incredibly fresh and tasty dough, along with the perfectly combined and fresh ingredients. This was truly the most delicious and fresh pizza I've ever had. The service was excellent, with a friendly waitress and a fantastic atmosphere. The location in Black Mountain is truly special. Highly recommended!

Ordered some take out from there while on vacation. Was absolutely spectacular. That bbq pizza was amazing. If they have the tiramisu while you are there it is a must try it was fantastic. Recommend this place to anyone!

The tomato basil soup was the best I’ve had. The pizzas were perfection too! Highly recommend the Scarface and the BBQ pizzas. Chef’s kiss!

Stopped in on a Friday evening. If you can't find parking in front, there's a parking lot around back.

I ordered the Scarface pizza which was fantastic. I really liked the crust. Really enjoyed the vibe of the place. I'll definitely return again.

What a lovely pizza spot. I didn’t take pics of the Madonna Pizza I had but I did if this delicious Greek salad. Service was very attentive and bathrooms were clean. I came here as a suggestion from a shop owner and boy was he right! Yummy!

Great food and great service.

The gluten feee pizza was delicious though I’m not sure how Celiac safe it is. I didn’t have a gluten reaction but sometimes I don’t even when I’ve accidentally had a bit of gluten. They have tons of pizza options and even a kids sized pizza that my daughter loved.
Bottom line, the food was delicious and I highly recommend!

We got the fettuccine Alfredo, it was very well seasoned and came with some delicious bread! We also got a pepperoni pizza and really liked that the crust was soft.

We had a really good experience. This was our first time coming so we order a little bit of everything. Pizza was good same with the lasagna. We also had bread, desserts and the nacho Italiano. The last was my favorite. Our server Danielle was super attentive, and her food suggestion were all good.

We arrived with a party of 8 at 7 PM, we were seated in 22 minutes. Our server was so friendly! She didn’t mind our kids or big party. She guided us through the beer selection. We enjoyed all the pizzas! Bayou. Blue. Cheese. And fun guy (add chicken). We also had the anti-pasta appetizer which was delicious. The spinach and artichoke dip is also good. We would recommend this place to any pizza lover!

Yum, yum and yum. We waited 20 minutes for a table on a Friday night and it was worth it. Our waitress was professional and we had great service even though she was busy. I ordered pizza and an entre to make sure I had leftovers. Salad had zero iceberg lettuce just the way I like it. Homemade dressings are hard to choose because they all sound great. Pasta had my taste buds working overtime. Fabulous! Pizza was a little undercooked but still fabulous.

Amazing pizza, you can tell it's made with love! Make sure to get the garlic olive oil and dip your pizza crust in it!

I love their Fun Guy Pizza (especially with added charred broccoli & fennel sausage) and their Caesar Salad. It’s always a great to see their Lamb Gyro on the specials board. 😛

Hands down our favorite pizza place anywhere around. We travel over an hour to visit and always make it over to Fresh anytime we are hiking in the area. Love their fresh salads and pizza. We enjoyed the scarface pizza, fresh baked bread with garlic & herb olive oil, and tuscan/Greek salads. I can't tell you how many times I've been here, and I'll be back many more times. Oh and don't forget to get the pizza punch card, buy 9 and get the 10th free!

I don't know where to begin! First, the salad was nice but the house dressing was wonderful! And then there is the vegetable lasagna! Oh my goodness! I was a bit skeptical of the cranberries and walnuts on top but it really brought out the flavor of the amazingly creamy sauce of the lasagna! And the portions are huge! I could only eat half! Our table also had a pizza and calzone. I have to say, there was virtually no talking after the food came! If you are ever in Asheville you have to stop in! Definitely worth every penny!!!

We went here for the first time and everything was so fresh! The pizza dough was excellent and the cheese was so tasty. Service was excellent and we were served fast. Thank you for being open on Labor day!

Real food. Ingredients just picked and organic. Gluten free options available. Absolutely delicious, every visit is consistent. Portions are generous. There is a good wine and beer selection. Their house salad dressing is wonderful. Be sure to ask for your pizza with "no char" as they default to a little blackening in the crust, but are happy to adjust if you ask.

Incredible food. We can’t think of much better pizza we’ve had. The house made lemonade was shockingly phenomenal. The wait staff was very friendly and thoughtful regarding our toddler. All around great experience, accompanied by a guy hand chopping the wood for the oven in the back.

Pizza was amazing and super fresh tasting. We had the Rose's with pepperoni, and it's one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. Beer was really cold and crisp too. Will definitely be returning!
