We bought a 3 piece living room set from Tyson Furniture in Black Mountain. Our experience from the showroom floor to the purchase, to the delivery and set up was amazing! The salesperson showed us the location of what we needed and then gave us space to look around. Once we decided what to buy, the price was very reasonable. We had shopped at other stores, and this store had the best prices of all! The 2 gentlemen that delivered and set up our new furniture were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. We will definitely shop here again when we need furniture. We highly recommend Tyson Furniture to anyone!

We had a great experience with several purchases from Tyson, including expert sales assistance from Morgan who helped us select pieces that are beautiful, functional and priced right. The warehouse and delivery teams have been courteous and prompt. Wonderful selection of products and outstanding personnel!

Soooooo much to choose from. There are multiple buildings and floors that you most likely wouldn't find on your own so have a salesperson give you a quick rundown. They are not pushy and don't hover. They give you a chance to look around. They are also very knowledgeable. Kelly was our person and was fabulous. I love that many of their lines are made in USA and several from NC.

Tracey Griffith was a wonderful sales person. Forget Lazy Boy and even Havertys. I've had experience with all 3. Tysons beats them both hands down. Friendly,without being pushy. They don't charge for delivery, I live in Candler. ( may be different due to distance) Quality furniture and great prices comparable if not better than the other 2.

The best furniture buying experience ever. Sarah Jarvis did a great job helping us with our needs. She was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We had been to other furniture stores but always find our way back to Tysons. The inventory and choices couldn't be better. Can't wait for our new couch to arrive!

From start to finish, shopping at Tyson Furniture was an excellent experience. The showroom is enormous and contains a variety of styles of furniture for every room. The sales staff is responsive, friendly and knowledgeable of interior design/decor and the contents of the store. After some conversation about our goals, the sales person Dani brought us right to a few options that she thought would work well. We took our time and looked at a lot of options, but ended up buying the first one Dani had suggested. She helped us choose a wood color and hardware, too. The delivery department was also helpful and friendly when I called to check on the status of our furniture. The men who actually delivered our furniture were professional and careful, respecting our floors and walls, and they moved the furniture to the precise spot we wished. Before delivery Tyson attached plastic pegs to the bottom of each foot which is appreciated - I can easily shift the dressers by myself to clean behind or below.

Our Temple sectional and Hooker dining room table were just delivered and we are very pleased. The quality and price was fantastic. Our Consultant, Martha, worked diligently to make sure we were completely satisfied. Her communication and follow up was excellent. Delivery was in the anticipated time frame. The Gentlemen that delivered our furniture were very polite and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tyson Furniture.

Really happy to have found this business! Great and huge selection of furniture in all prices, from extremely affordable to great quality high end. Free delivery if you spend over $1000. It's been over 15 years since we've purchased living room furniture so we have been shopping for new furniture for the last several years, we shopped many of the area furniture stores with no luck. We decided to try Tyson Furniture and with the help of Janet Hughes, we found exactly what we were looking for, a custom sectional made by Temple. It arrived today, ahead of schedule. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the furniture, it's everything that Janet described. She assured us we would be happy with the purchase and she was right, we love it! The delivery men were professional and very informative.We definitely recommend Tyson Furniture and their great staff.

Tysons furniture is super cool! It feels like an endless maze. There is a piece of furniture for anyone at Tysons. My fiance and I recently bought a Beacon blanket from there and it's probably my favorite blanket I've ever had. They sales staff is helpful but not pushy which I will always appreciate.

Went in with an idea of what we wanted, looked over their large selection of name brand furniture and found the perfect match to our vision. They worked with us and delivered it an hour away for a very reasonable price.

Just browsing on a Saturday, a sales lady came over and helped us. So polite, very helpful and gave us awesome price quote. We will be going back to order. Infact we did and delivery in 10/9!!!

Old Family Owned Funiture Store and has survived many highs and lows in the business. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES. You do not make it in retail if your values, professionalism, and products are not your main goal. We have been customers for forty years and have never been disappointed. We recently purchased two Stressless Recliner chairs from Tyson's Furniture in Black Mountain, NC. The chairs had to be ordered and arrived at our home four days ago. For those who are not familiar with the Stressless chairs they originate in Norway and have a limited distribution which narrows the option of where to buy them. These chairs come in a large variety of styles and each style comes in small, medium or large. Our sales person was very helpful with the ordering process and we ordered one small and one medium. We spent a lot of time choosing the style and size we wanted. Tyson's has a large excellent selection of many different styles of these comfortable chairs. Both our sales person, Morgan and Mr. Plemmons the Sales Manager were great to work with.
