Publix Super Market at Providence Commons

We love this Publix location. The store is nice and clean. But our favorite thing about Publix is BOGO!

This Publix location is incredible! They have an even higher standard to help, care, and find exactly what you need. The sandwiches from the deli are off the chart delicious. The bakery worker gave away free cookies to my kids, and even helped us find certain items. Each staff member was so delightful and the entire store had everything needed. The prices here are very reasonable and the quality is fantastic all around.

I'm always able to purchase hard to fund items. And, most recently, after 7 pharmacies failed to have the medicine I needed in stock, I was able to have my prescription filled here! I am grateful indeed

If you haven't had a Pub-Sub, you're missing out. The chicken tenders are also pretty fire. Oh, and the egg bagels at the bakery. One of those lightly toasted in the morning with a cup of coffee is a proper way to start a day.

This Publix location is one of the cleanest you'll find. I love shopping here for the fresh meat, seafood, produce, and fresh baked goods.Very good service as well! We've shopped here since we've lived in Providence and Mount Juliet.

I love this store, it's always clean and everyone is so nice , they treat you with respect, it doesn't matter which race or nationality you are.

I’m am from Florida where Publix was founded! We love Publix grocery stores and I was thrilled to find this one while visiting Tennessee! It is a beautiful, large and clean store…we found everything we needed. They were busy at checkout but opened a lane for us so we appreciated the quick service! Great store!

This location and every Publix I’ve ever been to really lives up to their slogan, “where shopping is a pleasure”. First and foremost, they have the BEST customer service that I have ever experienced while grocery shopping. Any staff member that you approach is courteous, friendly and very helpful. The shelves are always well stocked and organized. The entire store is neat and tidy, including the bathrooms. The bakery department is far superior to any other grocery chain. The deli, meat and seafood department provide perfect quality and freshness. The Providence Kroger could take a lot lessons from Publix.

Weekly shopping trip. Had what we needed and what we wanted that was not on our list. We were preparing for snow.

Just Realized my comments last year showed under another location so moving to my favorite Publix…even after a year, service remains incredible! “Awesome service, super friendly staff, great selection of groceries and good prices, especially on Wednesdays when the weekly specials come out. All the Cashiers are so friendly and especially Doreen who suggested I join the Publix Club, which I did. Today she helped me with my first checkout using the Club…so easy and am anxious now to see how it works. Thanks again.”

Publix has it going with its staff. Treated well and it shows in customer service, and the staffing levels that have been kept pretty regular since covid. This MtJ store is full of regular folks who know the store item locations and take me to an item when I ask for help, ask me what I'm looking for next couple items and give aisle number, then left/right, how far down the aisle, and which shelf, some of us ask a few helps most trips ... great store

People are always friendly and helpful. Store is stocked well, and clean. Been shopping at Publix for years here, and 6 years in Florida prior to moving here. Kroger could take a lesson.

Went there the other day for a “Pub sub”, the meatball mozzarella. Shanekia made it for me and it was amazing! I would get it again!!!! She knows how to make the perfect subs!!!!
