Fleet Feet Mt. Juliet

I have been searching for shoes for years that are the right fit and do not leave me in pain after walks. I have spent hundreds of dollar's and have never been able to find shoes that work until I found Fleet Feet.

FINALLY!! The shoes I purchased are the most comfortable I have ever worn, and I have tried them all.

If you are having difficulty finding a shoe that feels great for walking, I highly recommend them.

I've always been active, but over the last couple of years I started noticing pain in my right hip, I associated it with the fact that I'd recently been told I had osteoarthritis.

I was out shopping one day and was right next door to a Fleet Feet location, being curious I went in to see what services they offered and how they might be able to help me.
I was very surprised by the outcome.

Austin was able to answer my questions, who recommended a foot scan (no charge), as it turns out the arch in one foot was lower than the other, which is what supports your body weight. We discussed my options; I ordered the insoles that will give me the support I need to get back out there and enjoy life again.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn there was no charge for the fitting process. I was offered goods options without pressure. After being on my feet all that day with my new inserts, I can say I could tell a big difference! Not once did I say, I have to sit down to get off my feet.

THE place to go for your running needs. I want to give a special shout out to Annie! She was amazing.

I was in Nashville for business and have recently started running as part of my fitness program.

I needed to get a proper pair of running shoes and found Fleet Feet (Mt Juliet branch) which was close to my hotel.

I arrived and waited a few minutes to be seen. Annie gave me a warm welcome, asked what I was looking for and explained the process. I got a 3d scan of my feet which gave us the information of what type of shoe would suite my feet.
Annie was super accommodating and brought out approx. 7 pairs of shoes for me to try and provided me with information about each shoe.

She was patience, not pushy and nothing was too much trouble I decided on a New Balance shoe which fit my feet perfectly even though I came in with the intention to buy a Brooks pair. However, as the scan showed, the Brooks fit (especially narrow at the front, didn’t fit my foot profile at all).

I also asked about inserts and socks and again, Annie gave me all the information needed and ensured that I didn’t buy anything I didn’t need. After trying a few different inserts, I picked a RunPro comfort & support medium profile insert along with some Balega hidden comfort socks.

I also received a $15 store credit after my purchase. I returned after a couple of days to pick up another pair of socks. Annie remembered me by name and processed the transaction.

I have no hesitation and will recommend Fleet Feet, Mt Juliet Brach.

Love this place! I always leave very satisfied. Everyone is very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I’m also very grateful for the foot scanner! I was wearing a size 8, before i went into fleet feet a year ago and they told me I’m a bigger size and that is why i was having so much feet pain. Highly recommend Fleet Feet!

Ellen at Fleet Feet in Mt. Juliet is amazing! She has spent so much time with me, and very patiently she has helped me find the right shoe! I have had trouble finding the right shoes after gaining some weight and getting older, but she spent so much time with me. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the shoes. Great service and great products. I needed some workout shoes to accommodate my planters fasciatis and the staff was very helpful. I got a pair of shoes with inserts that fit perfectly.

Unlike some other shoe stores Fleet Feet makes you feel like you're the only one in the store and all attention is on you. They make a science of your foot and strive to find the shoe that fits you the best.

We visited Fleet Feet to buy running spikes for my son. The employee was very helpful and explained everything along the way. We were never rushed and were allowed to take our time to make a choice. She was friendly, explained why some shoes were better than others based on our foot shape, and helped us choose shoes & socks based on personal recommendations.

The staff was kind and very knowledgeable found me the perfect pair of shoes for my long work days!

Great sneakers are not cheap, and at Fleet Feet they ensure that you are purchasing the right pair. It is difficult to find a shoe that is the perfect fit online. I would rather pay a little bit more to go to a store where the sales people are knowledgeable and size your foot to ensure the correct fit.

Really great experience. Knowledgeable folks with wide range of shoes that fit my needs for a reasonable price. Helped me choose the right pair without any feeling of sales pressure. Plus I was in and out efficiently. Lots of accessories. Convenient location. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I purchase my "sneakers" at Fleet Feet for a particular reason. When I'm out enjoying life, I don't want blisters on my feet. At Fleet Feet, they scan your feet. This allow them to figure out which shoe is best for you depending on the shape, length & girth of your foot and they even look to see if your ankles are straight, because there are shoes/insoles that will help to correct this. I can wear my shoes all day walking at Disney and not have ANY blisters! I am happy anytime I'm in my "sneakers" because my feet never hurt. I will Always get my "sneakers" at Fleet Feet. In fact, I drove almost an hour currently for my new pair. Totally worth it!!

A friend suggested that I visit and fix my feet issues! I came, I was measured on the fancy machine, I conquered…well Sara the worker bee did; then I walked out in better fitting shoes! I can already tell a difference. My hip did not ache as I was on the treadmill later at the gym! Pricy, but I’m worth it!

Great place to find shoes if you having issues with pain in your feet. They work with some of the local podiatrists and will be you find the best shoes for you.
