Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Came with family and friends after church. Orders were taken quickly. Drink cups were given. Pulled together a few tables for our grot. Food orders were prepared quickly. Asked for dine in but given take out. Received what we needed for dine in. Food was hot and fresh for the Kitchen Sandwich Meal. Cobb salad was fresh. Dining area was clean and orderly. Staff was out cleaning and sweeping as tables were vacated. Good dinning experience.

I visited the drive thru when they were really busy and placed a pretty large order(family of 6). One of the items was missing but staff was excellent when I phoned in and were quick to resolve the issue. Hats off to the Smyrna Team 🖤

Love this Zaby’s! It’s clean, the staff is very professional and polite, the store is spacious and has a great atmosphere. The food is always fresh, hot, and served quickly.

Zaxby's one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The quality is consistently good. Love the peach sweet tea.

I went here for lunch and had a great experience. Lunch hour was very busy. I didn't have to wait too long for my meal. The chicken was crispy and tasted fresh and fantastic. Service was exceptional and our wait staff was professional. Great place for lunch.

I could have ate two five finger plates and two orders of cheese curd bites. Call and told the manager to cheer on her crew. They all need to be recognized. Outstanding customer service.

We are on a road trip from MN and having never heard of Zaxby's we decided to give it a try. The dining room was closed and we couldn't load a menu when they showed up at the car to take our order. We had no idea of what to order and the team member outside not only offered great suggestions they also added extra sauces in our bag to explore. We loved it all! It was extremely yummy and we've decided on our trip we will stop back by to try more because of the excellent customer service. Thank you for helping some anxious out of Towner's find some tastey food!

Very impressed, for fast food... chicken wings were so favorable, juicy, and fresh... fries were fresh. Nothing like getting HOTT food. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Super fast drive thru. We ordered and got our food within 5 minutes with a line of a few cars. The cob salad was really good and didn't taste like it was from a fast food place.
The nuclear (second hottest) boneless wings had decent heat and good flavor. I also love the mix your own soda machine.

Always fast, friendly, and accurate. Great lunch stop for the mid work lunch goer, you won't be stuck waiting forever. Never had my order messed up here which is a huge plus. I will keep returning.

Only one time I've been and not had issues, such as ordering two large drinks only to find out after that they were out of ice and they knew it. Another time we ordered salads and asked for ranch when they hand us our salads, they said "oh yeah, we are out of ranch." After the long wait for the salad, we then had to wait for a refund because ranch is the only dressing my daughter and I like. It's honestly become a test to see how long we can go until they get it right.
My 5 stars still stands because they are always nice, if not always up front about what they are out of. They also have the best Cobb salad around.
