They are so nice & helpful when I buy a laptop there. I took it back to the Staples in Mt. Juliet & they are helping me get it cleaned out & up date some disc. Love going there for anything!!!!😊

Mr. Brandon an the copy & print center has amazing customer service. I called over the phone to see if anyone could help me with making picture for a friend for a bouquet and told me don't drive anywhere else I will be able to help you. I came in to the store and he was even more amazing in person. Mr . Brandon is great customer service and I will be back just because he made day and friends wedding day special by getting the photo of her father for her bouquet.

The Staples in Mount Juliet has great staff, the printing department is so helpful and tries their best to help with our small business needs

I was helped by a very helpful individual, John. He saw me, asked if I needed help and the question flurry began, he ran back and forth from the back collecting information for me so I could purchase the right things, even though he was an IT guy from what I saw on his badge, he still followed through with making sure I got what I needed. I needed a large amount of boxes that weren't on the floor so he even offered to cart them out to my car on a dolly and even helped me load. I had a fantastic experience! Thank you John and Staples!

This store carries a good selection of office products for its size. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean. I shop here occasionally when I need something quickly and don't have time to wait for the two day shipping from Amazon, and have always been pleased with the selection and pricing.

Tony in the print & marketing department has been so helpful for me a few times, both over the phone and in the store. I didn't like how a project came out and he helped me and made it right! Nice to use somewhere local with quick turnaround for pick-up instead of sending to an online printing company and having my orders shipped.

I'm gonna rate this highly as I've been here to have print jobs done several time. The staff that work in the reprographics department are brilliant, helpful and know their subject matter. When I first moved to America, my desktop computer and printer were in the removals shipment and I needed to print legal documents for my immigration, these guys took care of all my print requirement professionally and with discretion. I still get certificates printed there from my online courses.
