Nice , clean , refreshing , welcoming and smile on their face staffs. Products are stocked up well. Fruits and vegetables are fresh . Price is good for grocery and other items . You know which could be right price in grocery store. They have wine ans beer section , deli, salad bar, etc.. parking has ample space and this location has Kroger gas , money service , Redbox kiosks etc.’. I will definitely come back and suggest to my friends.

Quite possibly the cleanest Kroger ever. Wonderful shopping experience. Spacious, aisles, robust wine selection, and great kitchen appliance, accessories, and decor section. Near other great shops and restaurants.

Y’all I stopped in for some fruit and everyone it seemed was at Krogers this Mon morning! Jill, the worker bee opened another lane and even though her light was off she kept moving customers through the line. Impressive customer service!!!

Everybody was so kind and helpful! Even though checkout lacked a bagger the woman was super quick and efficient!

Clean, well-stocked. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of meat/ seafood choices, bakery. Sushi. Great produce section.
Only negative is many of the self checkout stations were not working or closed.

This Kroger is huge and has a large selection but it's extremely busy and crowded.

We love using the Kroger Clicklist for the Mt. Juliet Providence Kroger!! Everyone is always so nice, they make good choices with the substitutions when they don't have something we ordered, they pick good produce, and always have a great attitude!! I love when Jimmy comes out to the car! He always asks how we are and waves at the baby while he loads our groceries!!

I’m late posting this, but want to thank Barbara in the floral department for her incredible help. I came to Nashville last November to get married. This Kroger became our one stop shop for all things wedding. Barbara put together my beautiful bouquet with very short notice. She went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough! My wedding would’ve have been the same without her :)

Awesome staff, so helpful! I usually go to the Kroger’s Pharmacy in Hermitage but bc they were out of stock of what I needed ended up here and glad I did! Joanna, Cori and Victor were all great and helped get my product switched over to them in less then an hour! They Helped out in a stressful situation for me. Thank you!

Great produce selection. Clean, freah, new store.

One of the best Kroger’s I’ve ever been in! Super clean store, great beer selection, excellent produce, and the bathroom was in awesome shape before I showed up!

Staff very friendly and helpful and the girl in the deli is very pleasant I think her name is Misty

Huge store with lots of sales and choices. Easy ro navigate and fruits/ vegetables are fresh.

Kelli will ask if there is anything she can do to help you . Several of the young boys at the mt Juliet store is very ambitious to help. However,
The New Front end manager Jim is very distant and has a bad personality. He will not speak to you . If you ask him for his help he has a reason he cant help. I found him to be very unreachable. Not sure but he makes me wonder if he doesnt like his job.

To day was good , maybe it was because I shopped earlier . Most of the time there is not enough registers open . The people at my krogers are nice folks . Will help you with anything . ROBERT HART .

I do enjoy shopping at Kroger's the store is always clean the staff is always helpful I find what I need I have only been in Tennessee for 3 weeks but so far I am pleased and happy.

Always fresh and ample stock with friendly sales people and cashiers. Never been disappointed whether before a big holiday or just a normal week.
