Comfort Suites Mt. Juliet-Nashville Area

Got stranded here during a January 2024 snowstorm in Tennessee. Alicia's customer service set the standard for what any hotel staff should strive for. She stayed positive and patient throughout the experience. Many people were dealing with uncertainty and she did a good job remaining calm and helping everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I began our annual trip to North Carolina from Texas on a motorcycle. By the time we check in we are tired! What a great hotel this was! We had a bad experience at a hotel the night before in Arkansas, but staying here was 100% above and beyond what we experienced the night before.
We enjoyed it so much we stayed here on our way home! Can't say enough about how clean this place is, the size of the rooms, etc.

Road to hotel easy to miss lol otherwise I was quite satisfied with my room and the service. Room was really clean and concierge polite and professional. I will be using this hotel again. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT!! Those lady's had everything running like clockwork.

I liked a lot about this hotel but in particular how quiet it was. It is located on a busy highway, but they did a good job sound insulating the building. Staff is friendly and goes out of its way to please.

The staff at the establishment provided a warm and attentive welcome, catering to every need during my brief one-night stay. This occurred as I traveled from Northern Virginia to Tulsa, Oklahoma as part of my journey.

The room was large and very comfortable. We had two couch/sitting/TV areas as well as a King size bed. The kitchenette had everything we needed. We could have comfortably traveled with two or 3 of our children and had plenty of space for us all. My husband and I enjoyed having a spacious room for ourselves when we were in Tennessee for a long weekend. The hotel staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast offered many options. It's location off the main road made it accessible to everything we needed to do in Mt Juliet. We would stay here again.

Very convenient location with free parking. Very nice clean rooms, great breakfast including bacon and eggs. Free coffee, hot chocolate, lemon water 24 hrs for guest. Indoor pool and fitness room. Great service. Overall, very nice place, would definitely stay again.

Very nice and clean room, staff was friendly (even came up to our room to help with the TV). Breakfast was good. The only item that could help them is to have better signage! You could miss the hotel if you didn't know it was there!

Had a great stay. Friendly staff and clean property. The room was huge compared to other Comfort Suites I've stayed at. Clean comfortable room, nice bedding and pillows. If I had one thing to suggest it would be better lighting. Once you're past the area by the door the room is pretty dark and only lit by small desk lamps and reading lights on either side of the bed. This wouldn't discourage me from staying here again. I will absolutely book here the next time I'm in town.

Nice quiet hotel. Large rooms. Decent water pressure. Comfortable beds. Lots of restaurants nearby. Helpful lady at check-in. Don't miss the street to the hotel---Red Ink Dr. Hotel is a little tucked away back in a corner right off the freeway.

The hotel is great! Although the 2nd day we stayed, the alarm went on and my husband had to call the front desk if we had to evacuate. They said no and they said they were going to handle it. This is not the reason I am rating this hotel, it is because of the pool(My kids loved it!) The cookies, Hot chocolate, breakfast, and more too! This is a great place to stay!!! We might come back if we book this hotel!!!!!!! This should be a five star hotel!!

Hotel was under construction during our stay. This didn't really make a difference in my rating though. The hotel staff was very friendly and did their best to keep the rest the hotel clean. We were still able to enjoy breakfast despite the normal breakfast area closed. The pool was clean and warm. The rooms were nicely updated. My only complaint is the lack of overhead lighting in the rooms. I would have liked fewer lamps and more overhead light.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the pool.
The only downfall is location. It's terrible when leaving and road is difficult to see when arriving.

Beautiful hotel! Mary Jo was wonderful checking us in! She even had fresh baked cookies for us 😊 Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. A VERY pleasant experience given our previous hotel experience the night before. Beds were soft too. They served breakfast which was delicious. My kids had cereal and pancakes. My husband and I had biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and sausage. I recommend this hotel and will go out of my way to stay here if we are ever in the neighborhood again.

Family run hotel that seems to be doing renovations. If you’re willing to overlook very minor aesthetic issues you can get a very cost effective stay. Room was clean and front desk staff was very accommodating.
