The store was well organized and neat. Many items to choose from. Several areas of sale prices. I was asked several times if I was finding what I was looking for or if I needed help in general. Seems to be a well managed store.

Luke is the manager and there have been many positive changes. It's cleaner and less chaos in the aisle. Nice place to shop!

Always great prices and quality merchandise. Got some boots & shoes with early Black Friday pretzel last week! Store is clean, modern and well staffed.

Had an issue with previous in store purchase..went back to store and was very quickly corrected. I cant say as much for telephone cust service as they were extremely difficult to understand and explain issue ( NOT good English)!!

I shopped for my great nieces and nephews to help my baby sister out for the new school year. I enjoyed myself it was a pleasure to help my baby sister back to school shopping, yes I sent a gift box to Florida that I know she appreciated it.

I would like to thank Annette at the checkout register her great customer service. She was very helpful and nice which is making our shopping experience even more enjoyable but they have to train associates inside of the store cause when customer is asking for help they are just refusing to do it. Nowadays I could not find any great customer service and support in other shopping stores. Definitely I would like to shopping again in JCPenny in Mt.Juliet TN location.

Always find bargains here and usable merchandise. This is my store for several decades, whether in Chicago, Atlanta or Nashville

I made a purchase a few days ago and was blown away at how personable and professional the associates treated me. I also appreciate and feel a little more safer that every employee I saw, was wearing a mask! I really wish that some of the other customers were as considerate. I saw that around almost half of the customers were walking around with either no mask, or a mask pulled down and of no use. My only complaint is that I do wish Penney's would require all customers to wear a mask. I bought 2 rings for my Mom for an early Mother's Day gift and she really loved them both. My Penney's credit card has saved me a fortune over the years. Thank you Penney's for having great gifts at great prices!

I like JC Penney and have been shopping with them since the early 70's. I mostly buy their jeans which I'm happy with. I do wish that they would carry a larger selection of Nike clothing especially during back to school.

Ms. Vinita is honestly the best part of this store. She is sweater than sweet tea and will always make sure that you found everything you needed and even let you know about other things on sale in the store. I honestly would shop here just to stop in and see her!

Me and my wife went there July 14 th. We were in shoe department young man working there super nice guy y’all lucky to have him. The lady that checked us out couldn’t been no nicer great experience I will be going back as long as this keeps up.Great job by all

Still one of my very favorite places to shop in Providence! Very friendly and helpful staff! If you can't find what you're looking for (rare), they will call another store for you or look it up online to see where a similar item might be. Checkout line is long during sales but tends to move fast. Great prices!!

Followed my wife around the store for hours while she made it a point to actual touch every shoe in the store. However, I do have to say the employee that was helping her was plesent and helpful to my wife. She ended up getting 2 pairs of shoes at pretty good prices
