Panera Bread

Staff were very patient when taking my family's order as none of us had been to Panera in a very long time. I got the pepperoni mozzarella melt and it was pretty good. The mango yuzu citrus drink was also good, but honestly a little too expensive for what you get.

Popped in here to pick up a snack for some clients in the drive through. Personally I have not been a huge fan of Panera in general but I myst say that this location and specifically the gentleman that was working the drive through today has converted me. Extremely kind and helpful. I was very impressed with his service and the food was great. Thanks

Very welcoming staff, dining area was clean and the food was delicious! I had the Soba Noodle Bowl with chicken, my husband did a Pick 2 with the Chicken Caesar half salad with a turkey bacon overload sandwich. Will definitely be back.

Kinda bias because this is our neighborhood Panera Bread restaurant. The service and our meals are always outstanding.

We picked up our dinner and accidentally dropped a drink. Staff immediately were there cleaning up and offering a new drink. They ended up mopping a much larger area just to make sure it was as clean as possible.
Food was good, staff were excellent. Ance we finished dropping stuff it was also clean!!

This was my third visit to this location and they never disappoint me. The food is always well prepared and quick to serve. The coffee is delightful.

Very clean and super friendly employees. They stay busy, but handle the crowd well. I had the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and was impressed with the flavors and freshness of the ingredients. 10/10 would recommend.

We’ve ordered from this Panera a few times and most recently there was a sandwich missing from our order. We called the store and they were willing to remake our sandwich free of charge. When we arrived to the store they were so pleasant and really went above and beyond. The customer service at this location is amazing and we will definitely come back here every time!

9/28/2022 5:45pm.I love Panera so much!!!! and what happened today really topped it off for me. Nothing like humanity at its finest. I am a permanently injured single mother and my house recently got flooded so my daughter and I have to live in a hotel for a while. Today I got off work late and left in a hurry to pick up my daughter, until her grandmother called and said that she would help ime pick her up so I decided to get dinner. I stopped at the Panera in Smyrna TN. I placed my order and then approached the window and suddenly my heart hit the floor and I realized in that moment that I forgot my purse with my credit cards in it! I almost cried because this was that very last thing that was going to be too much, just because of every thing else that’s going on right now, so the manger said don’t worry about it and was absolutely so very kind of him to let me have the food to eat for dinner for my daughter! Also girl at the was very sweet and so kind and understanding as well. I truly feel blessed and overwhelmed with joy right now and it’s nice to know that kind people like you work at my frequent visited and favorite places to eat at that! I will be back to pay, Thank you thank you thank you so much!!!! 🙏♥😊

kind and helpful staff by far my favorite panera location in middle Tennessee

I have been going to the Smyrna Panera for at least 5 years and have only had a problem with one take out order and at that time I decided not to stress about it and just let it go. A cpl of nights ago I went through the drive thru and when I got home there was a sandwich missing from my order. I called the restaurant and talked to a Julia. She was very understanding and sweet about the mixup. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation when she did not need to. That was very much appreciated!!! I totally recommend this Panera!!!

The young girls in the store completely messed up our order (younger possibly new) and we went back jimmy the manager was so helpful so was every one else. Thank you for the help and completing our meal
