I just love the people here at the Laverne location of Starbucks. Great service from friendly, incredible group of servers. They have excellent drinks, and they always give great advice if you care to broaden your horizons with new drinks and coffee's.

So because I'm disabled I Love the Ease of The ramp & The Handicapable table. I can actually go to Starbucks only once a month rn, let's just say that my purse and everything was going it was bad and I was in the hospital 4 2 weeks. I by the incident as well as the fresh bean I have tried every single Starbucks Blendz that there ever has been & I use it in my Cosmetic products. I tried to call Starbucks explaining the situation of someone taking my Purse, all the points that I've been saving up over $2,000 points gone. I was very disappointed that the gentleman asked me to send in every receipt to regain my points. Police report and all it did not matter. I wasn't even offered any coupons or anything, This Doesn't reflect on the Starbucks here,. A great place, Clean, Friendly, Quick & in & out. If u like to work while drinking your Starbucks happiness in a Cup then it's a good place for that & outside seating as well. I don't know if I will continue to use Starbucks I definitely won't be buying as much and possibly looking around at other coffee makers..

The staff was exceptional. It was extremely busy with considerable wait times. Staff worked diligently to complete orders despite frequent interruptions from guests, all while remaining congenial. My order was completed in half the time estimated, and that seemed to be the case for everyone else waiting as well.

I get a mobile pickup up practically every day. My order is always perfect. I have gone in a few times and they are always friendly and quick. This location is so busy, and they rock. The iced apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso is my absolute favorite of all time.

Raechael and Ciapher were absolutely amazing. They was so kind and courteous! Also fast, efficient, and very personable as well. I’ve managed and worked in retail for more years than I can count. Believe me when I tell you, their customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Everyone in the customer service industry should be like them. They are a prime example of how everyone needs to treat their customers. Rae have helped me find the most beautiful Tumbler as well. It’s just perfect! They both deserve recognition for going above and beyond every single time I’ve been there. Outstanding personalities, and truly beautiful souls. The frappe that was made for me was amazing as well! Never disappointed!

the beautiful employees here go above and beyond. they are the sweetest, most amazing, and caring people. it is my favorite Starbucks by far!!!! no other business makes me feel more welcomed than they do! Experienced a pay it forward in the drive thru at this location. It was busy, but the staff was working efficiently and my drink was amazing. 😋

I came home for Christmas, and I stopped in to grab some coffee after my drive. They were out of my favourite drink, and a barista named Ollie helped me find a drink that was similar, and it was great! He was super nice and helpful the whole time. Will definitely be coming back to see him again!

Hi Folkes...Decades-long Card holder here.

I hadn't used my Starbuck's Gold Card for well over 4 years, but I handed my card to the Barista, and found out it was still active, and it even had a little money left on it.

All I needed was some water to stay hydrated while driving, and I was still treated with kindness and warm hospitality.

This is why there are SO many Starbucks out there...The Baristas are the secret to Starbuck's massive, continuing success.

The great-tasting coffee/espresso is just a bonus.

I wasn't charged, but I left a tip anyway.

Wherever I may roam in this Wonderful World 🌎...Starbucks makes me feel at home.

Always delicious and great service order ahead so no waiting

Came here for the first time today!
I came here from 1:38-1:55 PM.
They told me to spell my name for me once I ordered a croissant and a medium carmel frappe because they were out of cheese danish
I spelled my name: T-Y-R-E-E
I ate outside but then it rained so I ate in the car.
Edit as of 6/26/2023: I came back today and this time I ordered a large carmel frappe and a cheese danish because it was back in stock!
We ate outside and then afterwards I went shopping at Ross and Kohls.
Edit as of 7/5/2023: I came back once again and ordered a medium carmel frappe. Afterwards I went to go to my house.

I come in here multiple times a week, they're always so so kind and make wonderful coffee. Never a miss with them

The drive thru attendant had the best attitude and I received remarkable customer service. My drink was made well despite a very long line. The team were handling the rush expertly. I was very happy.

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks as far as employees. They are the most awesome bunch of gals and guys. Always so thoughtful, caring, nice, professional, and on top of things. The store is always clean and in order. Even on the busiest of days and days when some customers are being a bit "not very nice" to them, they serve us with sincerity and a smile on their face. They provide my cup of heaven with love and I appreciate everything they do.
