McDonald's

Getting Coffee a McDonald's always seems to be hit or miss as 50% of the time it's only warm. This was hot and fresh. Food was good, drive through was a double line and quick.

My friend and I were joking about how there was only one person on a night cuz the lines were taking so long, was like an 45min wait. But the people got their McDonalds.
Always open, 5 stars.

Look, the mcdonalds in dover, nh is the only one open 24 hours, in fact the only restaurant open 24 hrs in the area period. The folks they have working those late shifts are great too. Big props to this McDs

Well it's a very uncommon experience to have but I actually broke down here in the McDonald's parking lot and I got to say that the McDonald's employees absolutely terrific at being hospitable and even offering to have their AAA come to help. Very pleased with the quality a customer service these employees provided. I say they deserve five stars for this experience. Went through the drive-thru and I must say the folks there were very pleasant! The food was fresh and delicious as usual. I really enjoy using the app and taking advantage of the deals. The points that they give you are pretty awesome too. It's nice to redeem them for freebies once in awhile. I will definitely be coming again, I love this place!

Great place to eat out!! They just need to work on giving the right orders

This McDonald is fairly consistent with serving quality, inside is always clean and spacious. Ice cream machine also seems to work everytime I order, a regular go to place.

I just did an UberEats pickup here and it was a MASSIVE order at about 1:00am, plus another small order. The drive thru was unreasonably full but the staff was still very pleasant and definitely trying their absolute best. One of the staff was even working while using a cane, which is challenging on its own. I just want y'all to know that the huge order you packed up for me went to the VERY appreciative doctors & nurses at the Wentworth Douglass ER. I know it feels so endless and stressful when the drive thru is so full with such a small team but you guys are making a huge difference in the lives of busy night shifters. Thank you for remaining positive and friendly against impossible odds and thank you for working so hard. Fast food is essential fuel for the working class even if it feels so pointless sometimes. I hope you all get the recognition you deserve.

I went to McDonald’s for a midnight snack last Friday and I was not disappointed! The night crew definitely deserves recognition for making my order VERY special and taking the time to give me the pickles I had asked for. So thank you for taking the time to count them for me and letting me go to sleep with a full happy tummy. 💯 I will be back for more and I appreciate you!

McDonald's is having staffing issues, just like the rest of America. Some people at this location try harder than others but it seems to be a very busy location and I am sure they feel underappreciated. It's not cheaper to eat here than anywhere else but, not much open after 9pm in the area.

Great customer service! Great teamwork!

Placed a large order at the drive thru. My order was large for lunch time(the whole office opted in!) At the drive through they asked me to pull into a numbered spot, which I did. In fact, I was able to pull into the spot easily, and efficiently, almost as efficiently as they served both the customers behind me. Quite soon, a sweet elderly woman delivered my prefer to my car window and whispered sweet words to the dog in my rear seat. I was smitten. I scarfed a cheeseburger on the way back to work, and foisted a few French fries on Fido. We both thought everything was terrific. We thankfully encountered few red lights, landed at work with food that was still warm, though no longer hot.

Most of the office was ecstatic, and some people are always miserable. But, even the difficult to please were too busy chomping on burgers to complain. I wish life at the office was like that all the time.

I picked up breakfast after 9 am on a weekday, so this is the only time I can speak of...the food was fresh and hot, the order was correct, and the employees very friendly. Stark difference from the location in Lee, NH that I usually use! Fast, friendly, efficient!

Usually have good service but you have to ask for fresh fries or you gonna get them cold which is frustrating but for the most part they are good.

Went to get breakfast there and brought it home. There was something wrong with one of my sandwiches so I called and spoke to the manager Matt. He was extremely nice and offered to fix the problem immediately! I went back there and he resolved the issue right away and was just as great in person as he was on the phone! I will go back to that McDonald’s again because they clearly have a great team!

My brother and I went to the restroom and the waitress thought we dined and dipped and threw out our barely eaten plates. We came out and she cried because thongs have been so hard on anyone working at restaurants. They gave us half off our food. We felt horrible that we didn't think to leave in turns and that we scared the staff. We are both genuinely sorry. Five stars.

The one in downtown Dover NH is my favorite one! Not because it's less than a mile from my house. (which is soooo great! And I'm amazed I'm only 132 lbs considering how much I eat there!) But because it's always clean, the people are the nicest and most helpful (Even at 3 AM) The food is always hot, because they just made it! Not because it's been sitting under a heat lamp all day! Which I know for a fact that alot of other fast food places do! My orders are always correct, right down to annoying ways my daughter has to have her food! (Only one little squirt of ketchup, like barely a quarter of a pump. The same with mustard, please make sure it's under the meat so it doesn't touch anything else. Just one pickle slice please, on top of the mustard under the meat...) I wish I was kidding about that part! But I'm not! So overall this is a great place! The best restaurant! Everyone should go there and see what these places are supposed to be!

Interestingly enough this particular McDonald's is light years ahead of any other I'd been to in regards to their customer service. I find the youth working there to be especially impressive as they are all very friendly and make you feel like they're not just there to collect a paycheck. And good job by the higher up setting a good example.

I always get fresh, hot fries! I get a vanilla shake and dip my fries in it. Lol..The only thing that stinks is that they dont make Fish Filets after midnight😞. I think they should! They are open 24 hours so That is a Plus!!

It's a very nice place they redid the McDonald's here and it's absolutely beautiful they have tried new technology where you go in and work on a touch screen to order your stuff which isn't too bad it's a little hard when you don't know what you doing but once you figure it out and they show you it's actually quite easy and had a great experience with the kids the other day
