Quick with the drinks, good place to have a small meeting. The space is tiny and not as inviting as a small coffee shop. It's all hard chairs to keep you from staying long. Still works in a pinch.

My coffee was wonderful and my pup was also very pleased.

Love this Starbucks. The employees are all super friendly and get your order right every time.

This Starbucks never disappointed me. No matter how busy they are, it is always fast and friendly service, and they always manage to smile. Today was no exception. If you are planning to visit in the next few days, be aware that parking lot is being redone, you might have a hard time finding a parking place

I ordered ahead and I may have accidentally ordered a hot beverage when I really wanted to cold they switched it out for me at the window no questions asked super helpful and delicious

It was a really great place they answered all of our questions and were pretty quick with our orders. I would recommend not mopping the floor while a bunch of customers are on the store for safety reasons but it was nice to see the store being taken care of.

My baristas still remember me and what my favorite drink. Even though I moved to Texas 7 month ago.

I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks. A server named Michael was polite, kind and thanked me for all that we do in our jobs at the hospital. It is because of this exceptional service and experience that we will continue to return to this location. Michael is a very welcoming and likable person, the kind of person that makes locations like this stand out. Thank you Michael for a wonderful experience.

To be fair - I usually visit here between 5-6am. Everyone working here is always friendly and I have never had an issue with my orders. My drinks are usually ready within 2-3 minutes and I have never had one prepared incorrectly. I typically visit several times a week and the quality is very consistent from one day to another. Zero complaints about this specific location. Like usual, Starbucks is a bit pricey, but I find the quality makes up for the cost. I used to visit Dunkin’ instead for coffee/lattes and Starbucks is definitely superior in terms of quality.

This location and crew was on Point this morning. The girl who took my order was able to explain a new item in the item while also giving her recommendation along with a few options for different drinks. The line moved along through the drive through smoothly and the entire staff seemed to be smiling and confident with their responsibilities. The cashier was very courteous and friendly. The food and drink was extremely perfect in temperature and taste. Even when I called to give this location a verbal review the customer service continued positively and professionally. Nice work Team. In today's busy hussel you dont find this type of customer service everywhere anymore. This is definitely an experience worth my money and convenient for my lifestyle. Thankyou.

Such great service! Recently came through the drive through at night, ordered, then as I approached the window realized my credit card was missing. I arrived at the window and told the lady to cancel my order as I was visibly panicking about my card missing. She so graciously said that my drink would be on the house and to not worry. I told her she shouldn’t but she insisted. I know it may seem small but it truly meant a lot. I work in the hospitality industry and recognize great customer service when I see it. I wish I could remember her name, all I know is she wears glasses. But, I just want to say thank you, keep up the great work, and keep making people smile, you made my night.

Awesome friendly staff! Drive thru line is usually long because we need more drivethru Starbucks locations in the Dover area. Coffee and food is always a high quality alternative to DD’s, you get what you pay for. Tip these folks well, they work hard at this busy location. :)

Really love the vibe and attitude of the staff here. They are always smiling and have fun. Very refreshing to see. Sometimes they make my day. I may have written 3 reviews in my life, so I really appreciate the environment at this location.

Very good experience at this location. I accidentally spilled my drink in the parking lot on my van (😭) and went to go purchase another one but the barista just made me one free of charge. Great taking care of customers. 😍

The drinks are pricy but I keep going back because of the staff. The staff know me by name, they are always friendly and my drink is perfect almost every time.

Mellow atmosphere. Good coffee. Good friendly staff. Never very busy. Outside seating available.
