I love shopping here and have for over a decade — why - the people- and how they have become family. From Caroline - to Sue to the manager Shelley - I always leave with a smile and a laugh!

And love their Just 4U savings program — and utilize the easy pickup service when I want to enjoy the day by ordering online and they put it all together and even laid it in my car.

Top-notch VIP treatment is what they specialize in - and it’s nice not to be a number - they all greet me by name and always a laugh! Highly recommended- and great deals too - but sometimes- it’s not just about the money saved to me! Service counts too!

Giving a grocery store 5 stars is so well deserved. I was traveling and they were open late and had everything we needed. I was so impressed although I am only here but once or twice a year I subscribed to their rewards program.

My second time shopping here. I scored a LOT of savings, Just for U deals and unexpected specials. Store was clean, produce looked great, staff were helpful and polite. I think I will definitely watch for sales and incorporate Shaw's into my regular food shopping stores. I ship between a few for the prices, perks and products.

This store actually has merchandise and is generally well stocked. This location is usually not busy and has relatively quick checkout. Kind of pricey if not in the Just For U program but I rather pay slightly more for groceries when I can get what I want consistently.

Shaw's has some of the best produce around. It not only Looks good, it actually Is good. Their meats are always fresh and the sales are phenomenal!
It's a bit pricy, but they definitely make up for it with the sales.

Very VERY clean store. Never seen a more wel managed store, so neatly put together. Only thing that stood out to me was it was completely empty customer wise, and employee wise. Only 1, yes ONE cashier running the whole store. Luckily I was their only customer so there was no long wait. In & out in a breeze!

The produce is always amazing. The deli meats are fresh and perfectly sliced as are the cheeses. The meat and seafood departments have the freshest of everything! Their sales are insane!
The bakery is to die for! Also, Shaw's has beautiful plants and flowers.
They associates are very nice and always very helpful.
Shaw's is big on selling local farm fresh products.

Super already prepared food but go early. Stir fry made on spot tastes great. One box feeds 2 for approx $11. Great bakery items. Groceries priced higher than others in most cases, although 2 for price of 1s are good deals.

Versus all other supermarket around (Market Basket or Walmart for a starter) Shaw's has definitely the shortest wait time at the register. I'm always in and out in two ticks and this makes it my go-to place to shop! Staff is also super friendly and use common sense unlike the ones at the two competitor listed above. Prices are competitive so defo a no brainer to come and shop here and give the finger to MB and Walmart! Kudos to Shaw's and its staff for providing a great customer's experience!

Our local Shaws is easy in easy out for most of our shopping needs. The rewards program is great and there are always different deals going on. So many familiar faces and just a no fuss no crowds shopping experience almost every time.

Awesome place to shop.. The meat dept. was very helpful and our Christmas was perfect and delicious.. New Years we had lobsters and clams and very fresh. We moved down from Colebrook and have been looking for a store to suit us. Found it in Dover Shaws. Customer service was just perfect and willing to please. Thank You

Wow, where do I start? This store is huge, for one thing. The employees are very friendly and most helpful. Their produce selection is always great, as is everything else! This last visit I noticed that they have a whole section of Gluten-free foods- and at normal prices! Wow..... The Seafood section is what REALLY excites me! What a selection ! The prices are good and the seafood is fresh and delicious! This time a woman behind me suggested that I get the roasted chicken salad- so I did. It was very good, but I also bought the cranberry turkey salad,and the cranberries did it for me! Excellent food here . I've been twice so far and I haven't even gotten thru half of the store yet! I have changed my grocery store to SHAWS!

I like their three day deals the most, but I often find their meat package deals are pretty good, also. Their service has always been friendly and courteous. Whenever I have come across a problem in the store, I have gone to the Customer Service desk to report it and was always thanked.

Weekly flyers are usually amazing deals and if you work your purchasing power just right, you can't beat them! SUPER FRIENDLY staff a rare pleasure in corporate B.S. that is most grocery stores now...

Sharlene (Asst Customer Service Manager) is Stellar!!! I went into Shaws with a complicated Western Union issue. I was very stressed to say the least. Sharlene pleasantly & efficiently handled the problem with ease. I am so grateful!! I will come back to Shaws every time I need to make a WU transfer, which is quite often. Thank you, Sharlene!!

Very clean store with polite and friendly employees. Highly recommended. Also, there's a good selection of international foods which is a huge plus!

Best supermarket in dover. Never any long lines and you always get an enjoyable experience. Their prices won't always beat market basket and Walmart but it's worth the price. Freshest seafood around and a really good organic section that is continuously growing.

I really enjoyed looking at the produce, it was beautiful. The employee's were nice. The store was very clean. Shaw's has a nice salad bar. Overall good visit.

I, have a problem. My problem was being the highest stakes gambler in Vegas. I was raking in the cash I was on top of the world. One day I lost it all, I'm talking ALL. In my five years of gambling I made 250 million dollars. I was lost without my money. I was a shame to my family an alcoholic bum. I had to leave my old life and this meant it all. I move across the country to Dover, NH. I was taken in by the New England Community. I was feeling good with no regrets, until I met the NH lottery. I couldn't stop spending, I was so obsessed with this i spent all my money again on mere scratch tickets. One day this young man named Christopher Bailey Brake gave me a ticket, and reminded me to not get addicted to gambling. Ever since that day I haven't spent a single cent on the New Hampshire Lottery.
