Dr. Hunt and his entire team is compassionate, professional, honest, caring, and downright amazing. They’ve helped me through cancer and surgeries and nasal surgeries fixing my dogs. I always taking less fortunate dogs, who need love and care, and usually have a fair amount of health problems when I get them he is always always been amazing to me, my wife and our pets, I can’t say enough good about him and his team a lot of vets I feel are about the money no matter what when I stop in most places cost minimum $500 that’s not the way it is with Dr. Hunt it’s more about making the dog healthy and it’s never more than I think it should be. I literally have recommended these amazing people to everyone. I know my whole family brings all their animals here And never go anywhere anywhere else my sister drives two hours each way to have her animals loved by Dr. Hunt and his entire team. The one thing we miss about Dover? Our vet! We recently moved to Florida but still miss the staff. They were amazing with my reactive pit and my squirmy screaming chihuahua! They really are the absolute best in the area. My chi contracted Lyme (yes she had flea and tick meds) and Dr. Hunt cured her - honestly I didn’t know if she was going to make it - but she’s living the lap of luxury in the sun now !

We had our first visit with Dr. Hunt yesterday. I was very pleased with the visit overall. The office is very cute and cozy. The exam room looks like a mini living room with loveseat and all. The staff was very professional and sweet. I have had pets over the last 25 years and have seen numerous veterinarians and this by far has been the most pleasant experience. Dr. Hunt discovered that my dog was still suffering from a neck injury back in May that was not treated properly by another vet. I had no idea this was still a problem. My sweet Ginger is now on a course of medication and is expected to make a full recovery.

The staff and Dr Hunt are absolutely wonderful here! My Lincoln had an emergency and they got him right in as a new patient. I have nothing but great things to say about them!

Dr. Hunt and his team have been taking amazing care of my sweet, timid rescue pup since I first learned of the clinic a couple years ago. Mabel is a healthy dog but she has found herself in some predicaments that require immediate medical attention and Dr. Hunt is always sure to get her “stitched up” and back to her active self. Look how calm and relaxed she is after a visit to Winichahanat for staples after running into a well pump cover! Couldn’t recommend them more for routine visits and emergencies!

Jasper had his first appointment today and was blown out of the water by the amazing care he received from the team. He would 100% recommend this vet to other kitties and he says thank you for the stylin bandana!

They were great and since my 15 year old dog is a bit feisty, I was very impressed how they handled her. They were firm but gentle when she tried to bite them when they were checking her eye. They managed not to get bitten in how they held her as they examined her. So I modified some of their techniques and was able to get her medicine into her eyes all by myself without her biting me. They also called to see if the medicine was working which it is. I am so grateful for their care of my feisty old dog

Love this place!! We have two recently adopted cats, one a kitten, and their initial appointments were free through Cocheco Valley. They even give you a discounted kitten price which is awesome as there are quite a few visits. Office is always very clean and welcoming, and our kitten loves the vet and his assistant. Our older cat is very timid but did so well with them! Very happy, would definitely recommend.

Dr. Hunt and his amazing staff are wonderful. They take such good care of our pets. Whether we're there for routine annual visits or the scarier, problem-based appointments, we always know that we are in good hands and that they have our pets' best interests at heart.

Very very lovely people. We brought one of our ferrets here for the first time. They were so nice to us and even cut his nails for us.

We were looking for a new vet after having some horrific errors made at the vets we went to for 35plus years and so very greatful that we have found a wonderful place here now with Dr Hunt and his very nice staff. Had a good exper ience when our old cat needed surgery ,it went very smoothly and Dr Hunt is a great vet and a very nice man who really takes the time to listen to any of our concerns, and no arrogance like we have found so often at other local vet clinics. The staff are all very sweet as well. 5***** rating from us. ❤❤

Honestly, I have had MANY vets over the years. I grieved moving to NH because I had to lose my favorite and best vet. Well, after today I grieve no more. This place us FABULOUS!! Not expensive as other vets have been up here. They listen to you and are extremely patient with dogs like Hunter who has had a rough life and has been shoved around a lot before being traumatized by the last person. He can be aggressive, or it was noted as such, on his old vet records. While that vet gave up trying to trim his nails? These women had no issues even though he growled a few times. They didn't give up and neither sedated him or put on a stronger muzzle. They are RAWK STARS. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

They did an amazing job saving our dogs life, so thanks so much for helping Coco and for providing the the cheapest fees I have ever seen in my LIFE! and I have been to many other vets throughout life and have never ever experienced such reasonable costs from any Vet until I started using Winichahanat Veterinary Care , it's very clear that Dr. Hunt and his team go above and beyond...and they all Truly CARE more about helping our furry friends rather than jacking up the cost like other Vets do Winichahanat seems more concerned about the animals and providing amazing care to than they care about the $$ which is a fresh breath of air!And an extreme rare quality!! My family will never use another vet again! We are beyond pleased

We went there for the first time today, it was so clean and cozy. The staff is so friendly, and our dog, Remy, was so nervous but they were SO patient and kind. We love Dr. Hunt he was very straightforward, kind, and patient with him. They offered great advice and just made the experience as easy at it could be with our anxious dog!

I am so happy that I switched to this office. Dr. Hunt and his team are absolutely amazing and are naturals. I have 2 dogs, one with anxiety, and we were having difficulty with getting her exam done because the other vet said she would freak out too much (they were not letting us go in because of covid) so we switched. My presence in the exam room is not the major change. This team is just so much more gentle, patient, and compassionate to begin with. It was an entire different experience for my dog. And my other dog is just obsessed with Dr. Hunt so that says a lot considering dogs often get panicked at the vet. I would never recommend anywhere else!

The people at Winichahanat Veterinary are very nice and helpful. I have a cat who I've had for 14 years, hes VERY special to me. I've been to a few different vets over the years and I have finally found the right one. My baby absolutely hates the vet, but he's more calm at this one. They treat my baby and us amazingly and I highly recommend this vet to everyone.

All five of our dogs have been so well taken care of by Dr. Hunt and his staff! We have been very lucky!
