They've been my dry cleaner since they opened and I've never had a problem once! Their seamstress is excellent and ive trusted them with my finest garments. As far as prices, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't trust my clothes with anyone else. Highly recommend.

Great place!!! I always have rush jobs for them and they always have them done in time.

Got a coat dry cleaned along with some minor repairs (fixing a loose button in the front, and a hole in the pocket). Packed it for a trip and didn't realize until I was abroad that somewhere in the process they managed to rip off one of the buttons connecting the decorative cuff to the coat, as well as two of the button loops. Clearly they noticed it since they rebuttoned it skipping the damaged ones to make it look like it was fine at a glance.

The repairs I paid for and dry cleaning were fine, but wasn't thrilled to end up getting the coat back in worse condition than i dropped it off in.

They are not honest, I went there to check out the specials they are running for November, and asked the lady what are the normal prices, and they were higher than their competitor by 30%, so when they give you the 20% discount, they are still higher then any cleaner in the same area,
I will definitely not go there again.

Do not go here. I brought two dresses here and paid for both and didn’t read the reviews because of the convenient location near Vons. They didn’t even clean one of the dresses - it still has a stain from a drink that was spilled on it and the dress still smells like sweat from dancing in it. Since it’s a formal dress I don’t wear often I unfortunately didn’t notice this until a few months later so it’s probably too late to take it back and get a refund or ask them to clean it now. Would not recommend this place at all!

Due to their convenient location, I overlooked their high prices.

However, when I went in to collect my clothes this time, they had torn a shirt of mine. The girl apologizes and said she knows it was ripped by their machine (apparently the location and style of the rip was common enough for her to recognize it as to the cause of the tear) and will talk to the owners about a refund and to come back later. I come back a week later and someone else is there and says they wont do any refund. Instead blames me for bringing them a ripped shirt and trying to claim a refund.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You are better off going to many of the other, less expensive & better service, locations or just tearing up your clothes yourself, they will end up doing that for you anyways.

We just moved to Carlsbad recently and truly love it. I looked up this Dry cleaning business near me and it stated open 7am to 7pm. I arrived at 6.07pm and when I was greeted I was told we are closed. I Asked if I could drop off my clothes to be their last customer and again rudely told we are closed. Very unprofessional for a business to operate in this manner.

I’m new to this area moved down here from Northern California a few months back, I noticed this place cause it’s next door to Vons, wanted to give it a try with some blankets we have, went inside not a greeting just can I have you’re number and last name. And then after they got my information wrong they asked again I was going to ask why they needed my information so urgently, they gave me a ticket and said come back tomorrow and noticed she put in one comforter I told her it was two and they where blankets and asked for the price three times, the girl that was helping me did not answer but a different one that was overhearing she told it was 42 dlls each, i said I’m sorry that is two much and left. I have paid way less for the same service and probably the same quality of work but I’m glad I asked this is to expensive, and they don’t have a price listing for services, also I did not feel I could trust this establishment
