Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was definitely a lot of good clothes and decently priced, lots of name brands and well sought out clothing styles. Military discount is also accepted here. Large store so you can spend a lot of time in it! My new favorite place to go!

I come here every 2-3 months for my 15 yr old daughter. I’m in my 40’s and there are many outfits to choose from for a mid & elder person. Of course they gravitate towards teens & 20’s , belly showing top etc . Last time I bought this cute Tory Burch black boots (looks new) I never had a problem with customer service at all. I’ve been here more than dozen times but always had greeter with great smile and gives great customer service. I had questions regarding trade-ins and she explained to me nicely . There are many negative reviews but hopefully you’ll get positive true feedback too .

i don’t know what all these reviews about poor service are about! i think some people get confused about the buying and selection process. it’s nothing personal; they just know what will sell & what's in their inventory!

yes, you may find items on the floor that look similar to or are a older style than the ones denied from your "buy"; however, perhaps that’s why they didn’t buy your pieces, as they already have them!

everyone is kind and helpful here too! every selling & buying experience has been great!

LOVE it here. all the clothes are clean and well-organized. the staff are so kind & helpful. also, the store smells lovely as opposed to most other crusty smelling thrift stores.

by the way, the selling process is nothing personal. the buyers know what will sell and what won’t, what’s on trend and what’s not, etc. and they kindly offer to donate any items they don’t take to Father Joe’s!

Love this store, I find great finds all the time. I find the staff very friendly and very helpful.

Gorgeous sparkling clean resale clothing store. Great selection of top quality brands and on trend items. They also buy clothes for cash. I recommend to check this locally owned and ran shop if you’re in the area. Cute little coffee shop next door is a must try too.

Very pleased with the shopping experience. At least 2 employees checked to make sure i was doing fine. I was looking for running jackets and there were quite many. The quality of the items were in very good condition as well. They have 4 or 5 fitting booth and that makes it convenient too. I'll be another repeat customer just like my teenage daughter is.

Great resale store! Friendly, helpful staff! I've had wonderful experiences here as both a buyer and a seller. FYI if you're trying to sell items - they look for contemporary rather than vintage items, so they differ a bit from stores like Buffalo Exchange. I brought in 2 big plastic bins full of clothes, and they didn't take it all by any means, but for what they did take, they offered me approximately $90 in store credit or $60 in cash. I felt it was a fair offer for items that I no longer wanted. What they didn't take, they offered to donate to Operation Hope, which I happily took them up on! I took the store credit option and found a great pair of Alo leggings, a Nike top, and a top from an Urban Outfitters brand, all of which totaled approximately $40. I got some lovely items & still have some store credit left over, and I'm a very happy customer.

This is one of the best resale shops I've ever been to. They have a ton of reasonably priced, in style clothes.
I didn't have a lot of time to try on a bunch of different things today, but I found two super cute shirts. I'm not sure of the guys name, but there was a very helpful guy there that told me all about what it required to come and sell your clothes to the shop. It's not like your stuff has to be name brand in order to sell it to them. I have so many clothes, so as soon as I can go through my closet I plan to come and try to sell some of it. It's a little bit of a drive for me, but well worth it.

Amazing store! Always find something special!

The staff is nice and attentive. Didn't wait that long to evaluate my clothes that I was selling. Mens section is small compare to the women's section. The men's selection is more casual and athletic. Prices are inexpensive with well known names and brands.

Great selection of used clothes and shoes in all sizes! The store is organized better then most second hand stores as well which is very much appreciated and makes it much easier to shop. Staff is friendly as well, I would definitely recommend this place!

It was my first time there and I didn't really have very much time to enjoy this beautiful resale store! They had rows and rows and rows of clothes everything neatly organized and labeled and I can't wait to go back and spend more time there!

Excellent place to thrift for men and women. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we found a Celine leather jacket for an absolute steal. Definitely recommend!

Really surprised by this place! Very clean and organized. Clean stylish clothes at great prices. Plato’s Closet but 10 times better in my opinion. James was very helpful and has great customer service.
