The UPS Store

The staff are so great at this UPS store and they have everything I need in one place. There is a UPS store closer to my home but I keep going to this store because of the people. They were so supportive and accommodating when I was going through a health crisis this past year. And it’s really conveniently located right off the Oceanside Blvd exit of I-5. I can’t say enough good things about this store. They really value their customers and it shows every time!

The people at this UPS store are amazing. They helped us with many aspects of an international move including passport photos and shipping delicate items. This is a very well-run business. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Not going to lie, when I first walked in and saw a bunch of young guys laughing and teasing each other, I thought, oh, boy, they are going to mess up my shipping. I was happily surprised to see quite the opposite. As soon as I walked in, all of them stopped to greet me and asked me how they can help. The level of professionalism and knowledge really impressed me. They took the time to explain in detail how my specific shipment worked and the best way to approach it. They took their job very serious while maintaining an environment of ease. Great job guys! Keep it up!

This store gets busy but they always try to get everyone taking care of quickly and it is typically well staffed.

Easy shipment and helped package up the eye glasses so they wouldn’t break. I love how convenient it is to my house and they have me in the system and spent little time in the store. Quick shopping as well with email update very much appreciated.

Our company is a manufacturer and occasionally we need rush printing, and these guys come through for us every time. They have new state of the art printers and also large format plotters that product beautiful high-resolution images.

We also have used their notary services and were very satisfied with the skill level they exhibit.

They are friendly and competent and the owners work along side their employees. A real family-run business feel which is nice in these days of huge online presences.

You will get the feeling that your business is appreciated when you shop here. Not to mention their prices are fair. A+++

This is a busy store. What I like best about my visits there isn’t that there’s never a line because there can be. I appreciate, though, how quickly the line moves and customers get their needs taken care of. It’s because (my opinion) they are well staffed - each station was manned - and each employee knew the job. Never saw multiple employees huddled over one transaction. I can’t and don’t ever expect more than that.

I have never given much thought while dropping off my packages at UPS store. Today I had a hiccup. I was sending very heavy box. I was having difficulties with my shipping label. People at the store were patient and polite, let me work through my issues and did not rush me. It has been a long time since I received such service. Generally people are nice, but being nice for over an hour and my going back and forth was their going extra extra mile in customer service. Thank you to everyone at the store.

The clerk at this store on Melrose was awesome! I faxed documents to the wrong phone number and spent $37. The clerk gave me credit to refax my papers! She was a life saver.

I love this place for shredding my documents. It is secure and they are fair on the price. Call first to make sure they have room in their bins. They will take care of the rest.
