Outstanding store, well stocked and well maintained (clean), organized and laid out like as one would expect. Very busy, all the time, plenty of staff on hand stocking and available to ask questions. The back wall has extremely discounted items up to 75% off, great selections in the garden department. Custom orders? Absolutely, prices here seem to be less than other stores of this type, at times matching individual items as opposed to pre-package all-in-one. Thank you Lowe's

Got a great deal on my purchase (special thanks to Clark Howard and his 'Clark Deals' subscription email I get daily for showcasing the deal), and when I went to pick up my purchase, Gayle ( I believe her name was at the front door) was more than welcoming and helpful when I arrived and didn't have my receipt or order number ready. She looked it right up, had great energy and a very honest and charming attitude and got me all set to go in a flash. She's a total asset to the Lowe's team, and they should be super proud and grateful to have her as an associate.

This is sometimes a bit more pricey than Home Depot, but they have more selection, and a somewhat more upscale inventory.

The staff here are always helpful, and friendly.

Great customer service. Staff are so courteous, friendly and helpful. The store is always so clean. Plants are bit expensive but I rather shop a clean place than dirty home depot space.

This Lowe's at Palomar and El Camino is great. And the customer service here is so much better than any Home Depot I've visited. I prefer Lowe's as I find the associates are helpful and knowledgeable. Easy parking and easy access off those main roads. I always find what I'm looking for. And store layout is easy to understand.

Good selection of brick and stone landscaping products. Store needs to move the pallets of vertically stacked blocks that are above head level to the ground. Take one and the rest tumble down on you. Told an employee about it, but a week later, the danger is still there!

As always, the staff is nice there. Good location.

Lowe’s keeps Home Depot from increasing their prices and remaining competitive, though it is perceived to be slightly more. More women shop at Lowe’s than at HD due to the ever so slightly better service, especially when a new store opens. They tend to carry similar products but not necessarily the same brands. I received great service here!

We just purchased a new stackable LG washer/dryer and couldn't possibly be happier with the install. The 2 guys that came out were Ninja's. One said he had been doing installs for over 14 years and boy did it show. They were lightning speed, patient, courteous, professional, incredibly respectful and careful of our small space and had a total problem solver mindset. They were installing in a very constricted, tight closet and the main guy had a thin enough agile frame to get behind and make it happen for us with millimeters to spare. He would not take 'no' for an answer and was determined to get it in there and make it fit. It fits perfectly with not an inch to spare! We had originally purchased the unit from Best Buy a week ago and had a horrible delivery/install experience that we had to file a damage claim for, so this was a very refreshing breath of fresh air. We will most definitely purchase future appliances from Lowes again and pray we have the same installers. We gave them a nice tip, some dark chocolate and thanked them profusely before they left. We were their 2d to last delivery of the night and even though they were tired and it was dark out when they left, they never once complained and were nothing but gracious. Thank you again! SUPERIOR INSTALL SERVICE!

Lowes always a great place to buy a new grill or even plants or cactus's or those amazing little succulents!

Nice store. Only issue was you can only use self checkout, with one register out of 4 broken, and only 1 of the remaining 3 registers accept cash. It was a hassle. I was paying by card but the lady already of me was paying by cash and the single cash accepting terminal was stuck so she couldn't conduct her transaction.

Self checkout is convenient but when there are issues such as broken equipment, the store should open a cashier assisted register. IMO

The staff here is very helpful. I had to get a refund on an item I ordered online and the item never came. They were super kind and patient about the mix up. Also, the cashiers are patient and nice too! I was looking for an item in the store. They helped me try to find it, and took time to look it up to find out it's only available online. Ah well, they were very nice to try!

Wonderful employee at emtrance. She was helpful for the task, too.

I give 5 stars for the interaction of an employee named Harriet with my 4 year old son. We went in there to look for some plants and my son tends to enjoy talking the ear off anyone that will listen, he loves people. Harriet was not only engaging with my son she was the sweetest to him, letting him “help her” paint a stand to which he then took her hand and walked around the store showing her Christmas decorations and plants. I know she was busy working but that didn’t stop her from taking time to teach my son that life goes quick, always stop and take time to enjoy the little things. My son talked about Harriet the rest of the day and what a nice lady she was, thank you Harriet for making a 4 year olds day!

Best staff of any Lowe’s I ever have been, which I estimate to be close to 100 across all 50 states. As a Veteran, I want to let you know that the way we are treated and given a discount, AND more importantly how I was thanked by the staff genuinely, does not go unnoticed and I have countless Veterans that would agree. This is also Lowes Supercenter, it’s gigantic!

Employees are available to help (unlike Home Depot) if you are looking for home improvement this is the place.

Store is clean and organized. Prices are reasonable. Staff is particularly friendly and helpful and doesn't make you feel like a tars if you ask a noobie question that all of the other customers in the store already know the answer for. My only con, and this is somewhat specific to me, is that there products tend to be more on the side completed "assemblies" that are easily installed versus having a plethora of hardware allowing you to craft and design your own "assemblies". Also I feel like their inventory is lacking when it comes to electronics and DIY home automation supplies. But then my critique here likely pertains to all Lowe's and I imagine they've done their BI due diligence and their product offerings are grounded in customer demand, so I really can't fault them.

Thus far the best Lowes, I've been too . Well organized as far as location of certain building materials.
Another detail is that there bathroom is at the front of the store.
No need to go clear across the store,to use restroom

Peter went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. The store doesn't carry them anymore (over-the-door hangers), but he took the time to ask me if I needed help when I appeared lost, double checked what info I was previously given by another store associate, and walked me to where they could have been. Another associate confirmed they didn't have them- saving me time as well. Peter made the experience go so much smoother than hunting about for something that wasn't there. Thank you for your help, sir!

It was a pleasure, store was clean and the staff were courteous.
