AT&T Store

Dave and team are incredibly helpful. They’ve been my go-to store for years and I’ve only ever had a positive experience. They work hard to take care of all my issues and always do right by me to make sure I’m getting the best deal possible. I truly could not be more impressed. Bravo.

Dave was amazing everyone in the store actually but, Dave is the MVP helped me with an issue I've been having and it actually got resolved. Give this man a raise. You guys were so great.

We are traveling thru the area and had to stop for help with our phones. Both the young man that helped us inside the store and the young lady that I spoke with on the phone had some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Very satisfied with our visit and the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff.

All representatives have GREAT customer service and Dave went above and beyond to help both my wife and I with our issue that we were having. I highly recommend, if you need ANY assistance, go to AT&T in Oak Harbor.

These guys are awesome! The bald guy was really nice and helped me out. The bald one was extremely helpful with explaining different things that would work on my account. The bald one is amazing to work with! If you're in the store you should ask for the bald one! They call him bald Dave!

Always get good service here. Dude that's there has been working there a while and he does a good job. Prompt to the point and really tries to save the customer money. I really just wish the online or over the phone service was better with ATT. The instore has always been great and I have never had problems with this store that's for sure. Actually just got the new iPhone 12 here and again great prompt service to the point and explains things well.

Dave was so helpful! I wanted to switch over from Verizon and he walked me through the process, set up my devices, and even gave me a basic run down on the new phone. Great experience I highly recommend this store.

I came in to see if my phone was capable of a particular action and it wasn't. But there was no way att could have helped with it. And that was fine, then I mentioned I wanted a new phone and I walked out with a new phone, an extra line, a discount because of where I work, 5$ saved by combining insurance, AND he added my HBOmax to my account which cut out a 15 dollar monthly bill. All without raising my bill and I actually think I'm paying 10$ less. I have NEVER received this kind of service ANYWHERE EVER! He was so kind and just a good man! Good work with this guy!

Service in the Oak harbor store is outstanding, the manager Dave helped my wife and I fix issues we had with our phones. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient with us old times.

The manager who's name is Dave helped me. He provided a quick and speedy solution to my problem. My old phone had a cracked screen which I had not seen prior to entering the store. I just knew it wasn't working. I felt it was better to upgrade than to try to fix the old one. Dave was very helpful.

Dave. The bald one. Bald Dave, as I called him, has possibly the greatest customer service I’ve ever seen. He was nothing but helpful and I can see myself sticking with AT&T just based off this experience.

I love going into this store! Everyone is super friendly when you walk in. I'm always greeted with a smile. Even if it's busy they make sure to acknowledge that you are there and they will be right with you. They answer questions to the best of their ability and do everything they can to make sure you leave satisfied.

It was nice walking in to the store and being greeted as well but there prices are way out of control they need to be more affordable like the other cell phone stores and I will not be returning back to this company I enjoyed getting cell phones and service at cricket and Metro pcs and they are more reliable and responsible priced come on at&t get ur stuff together and lower ur prices maybe u might get more customers as well

The lady that helped us, I forget her name. She was super patient and took the time to explain everything to my girlfriend about her watch and her new phone. She really took the time to explain things to her since I explained her disability. Thank you guy for a great experience

I am a long time customer with a family plan. I was researching phones recently and stopped to physically see a couple. The sales representative pulled up my account and saw that I was on an old family plan. I didn't get a new phone that day but updated my plan to save $70 a month. I went back a couple of days later and got the new phone. I could afford it with the monthly bill savings.

Went in yesterday looking for a iPhone xr and got a awesome Hooke up on a family plan for my gf and I and got iPhone 11’s!! For cheaper than I thought. Very good service the guy was very nice. And will continue to be apart of AT&T again since 2015
