Park N Jet Lot-1, Seatac Airport Parking

I used to use Master Park and found that they didn’t have great customer service. I turned to Park n Jet the last two times I had to go on trips and was pleasantly surprised. Easy to book, good prices, and most of all, the guys who pick you are quick and efficient! This is a good company with nice employees.

They are amazing!! Incredibly efficient, you pull in they know who you are, they are clean, friendly, helpful, polite, and are the fastest to pick up I've ever experienced. Great. costumer service and drivers. Your car is always right there upon return, with quick easy drop off & the same on return. My favorite parking experience !! Book directly with them, and they are also one of, if not the best pricing and value!

I've parked with them a few times now and have been extremely happy with the service! I will continue to park here. Shuttles run efficiently and they've always had my car waiting up front when I return!

Park N Jet is the best parking experience I have ever encountered. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, efficient and communicative. During my recent travels, I was injured requiring crutches. The driver retrieved my luggage from my car, put it on the shuttle and drove to the airline specific departure level/door. He made my life so much easier. It may not seem like a lot, but for me it was huge! Thank you

Fast friendly efficient convenient. I love when I drop off my car it's valet, I get out drop my key and get on the shuttle, upon return I call, put in my valet #, and my car is waiting for me near the shuttle drop.

Please prepay with your reservation before arrival-it slows the process for others and yourself if you don't. Word is out this place is awesome-let's help them with the added crowds in peak time. :)

Still wonder why some people give bad reviews, perhaps they are entitled. Park N Jet Lot-1 is easy to access, affordable parking daily rate, friendly, cautious, and friendly staffs. The airport shuttle is on time and clean. They even supply you with free coffee. I will definitely use them again

Very impressed with the service! Shuttle was quick both times and the driver was very kind and carried luggage onto the shuttle both times. Car had no damage and everything was in its original place. Would visit here again!

It's always the worst timing when it comes to car trouble and these guys saved me a lot of water damage to my car. As I pulled in I rolled down my window to talk to the attendant and all went smoothly. So I pulled my car around to the valet area and *bzzzz clunk* and the window falls retracts into my door never to be seen again. A wide open window in Seattle when it's going to be left outside in the rain for a week is not what you want. I didn't have time or tools to pull the door panel so they offered me all they had available in the office which was a trash bag and they let me use up all their tape to get it covered. I asked if they'd allow it to be parked in any covered area of which they only have a few spaces that are probably extra expensive and I came back to find my car was parked there for no extra charge! Nice and dry. I was able to bring a few tools and get the window up while in their lot so I could make it home. I already liked this lot for their convenient and trouble-free service and good prices and now I like it even more. Thank you for saving my vacation from ending in disaster.

The van service, both pick up and drop-off, were professional and on-time. Our car was waiting for us when we returned. Everything within their grasped were handled professionally at a great price.

Will return to Park-N-Jet for future parking needs.

For my first experience with off-airport parking, I had a very smooth experience. Marcos was a wonderful gentleman and my shuttle driver both ways. Pleasant even in the late hours. Instructions were clear and when I was confused, they were helpful in directing me. I waited basically not at all, they were expecting me when I arrived and my car was ready and waiting for me when I got back. Great experience.

The service is excellent, the personnel is extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Cost-effective and you can purchased packages and save money. This place has high security and the facility interior is comfortable, they also serve Starbucks coffee! Restrooms are very clean and easily accessible. They are only a few miles from the airport and offer shuttling to and from the airport. I don't see myself parking anywhere else and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family!

Pick up fast, transfer to/from the airport about 6minutes. 2 drivers was nice & friendly. Our truck was right in front of the office right after we back to Park N Jet Lot 1. Smooth operation. Will use your service again.

First time using Park N Jet-Lot 1, and so far, I'm thoroughly impressed at what a great experience it was!! I arrived early morning, and the man running things was super friendly, greeted me by name immediately, and gave me thorough instructions on where to park and what to do from there. The shuttle arrived right on time, we waited only a couple minutes in a clean and spacious waiting area with fresh coffee. The shuttle driver was just as friendly and helpful! The ride to the airport was quick, and the driver was great at loading and unloading everyone, paying close attention to the older passengers with walkers. I'll update this review when I return for my car, but I'm confident my car is in good hands.

Update: Picking up my car was just as smooth! No issues whatsoever! My car was ready before I was, no joke. They’re a well-oiled machine, always two steps ahead, which is impressive considering how busy they are! They have definitely earned the volume of business they get!!

Taking too long for them to pick you up at the airport. It took them 45 minutes to pick me up from the airport two times in a row.

We just got back form using them. Our attendant when we cane and left was Shaig. It was amazing, and they did an excellent job. Their team was extremely hospitable, and Shaig really made us want to cone again. We will use Park N Jet everytime. Highly recommend.

I was running late to airport and called Park N Jet on my way. They had a shuttle waiting for me, quickly checked me in and drove me to the airport. I was able to make it to my flight. I am very grateful to the staff for the quick action. They saved my day. I will definitely be using their services again. Very recommended!

I had a great experience with park N Jet. I booked a space for 11 days the day before we left and the price was so much cheaper than everywhere else I looked. Drop off and pick up was smooth - the bus for drop off at the airport was waiting when we arrived at 5am and we only waited about 5 mins for pickup at the airport after we arrived back in town.

This is always our Go To place to park our car when flying out of Seattle. Everyone is so efficient. The shuttle was even waiting for us at the airport pick up place before we even called for a pick up. Great Service!

I was very satisfied with my experience! The shuttles are very quick and the service is great! From drop off to pick up, I felt very comfortable and happy with their service. I was traveling alone with an infant and both shuttle drivers were extremely helpful in loading my luggage, I was even asked if I needed help putting it into my car! It’s the little things that really meant a lot to me! I will be using them again next month with an eased mind! :)
