Dollar Car Rental - Sea Tac International Airport

Very wary about renting a car from here after reading all the reviews but my experience was actually great. Being 22 we knew that we would have to pay the surcharge and employees laid out the fees for us which was nice. Pick up and drop off was also super easy. There is a gas station close, be weary though because the person who paid for gas found out later that their card got skimmed there. Overall, it was a good experience at the end of the day. PRO TIP, there is a free shuttle from the airport to the car rental facility.

We were a bit skeptical because of the other reviews for this place, but the renting process was the most simple I’ve ever experienced. Booked the car(SUV size) about 2 weeks in advance online, when I arrived to the rental car facility, there was hardly anyone there, the lady was super nice and quick with the paperwork process and went downstairs and got the keys to a newer Toyota Highlander pretty quickly. Car was nice and drove great. Return was easy too. As long as you do everything that’s asked of you, this place is the easiest to rent from! Would recommend to other travelers to the area.

Ginny took very good care of us, I will definitely come back because of her. Aina and Ginny went above and beyond when we had an issue with a lost item in our rental and made sure we were helped and was very transparent. We've rented at the SeaTac location twice and both have been great experiences with very affordable prices. They are also open 24/7.

Aina was the absolute best! He and Princis both provided excellent customer service. I really felt like Aina went above and beyond in assisting me with my rental car. I get anxiety when I travel and he really helped put me at ease and answered all of my questions. Thanks for everything Aina! I will be renting from you again the next time I’m in Seattle!

I can't say enough great things about Ana! I was unfortunately misinformed about something over the phone by another agent and when I arrived to the counter a 11pm I was unable to rent a car. Ana went way above and beyond to help me find a vehicle, walking with me to every car rental counter, speaking to each of them to explain my situation. She wasn't able to get me a rate as good as hers but I am so grateful she took the time to make sure my daughter and I wouldn't be stranded at the airport. Ana, you are so amazing! Thank you so much!!

I had the absolute best experience working with Jeff and Gary at Dollar Car Rental! He helped me purchase my dream car, a 2019 Toyota Forerunner! He gave me a great deal and made it extremely easy. Six weeks from the day i purchased her I came to get my plates which was exciting and i mentioned that i had a couple cracks in my windshield that i needed fixed. Jeff was so helpful and even found a dent in my back drivers side door that he said he would take care of for me. I highly recommend going through Dollar Car Rentals!

These folks were quick and efficient. The car was awesome, Toyota Corolla. My child thought it was a Ferrari. Easy return, and the price couldn't be better

I don’t normally write reviews, but felt compelled after receiving the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any car rental facility from Aina working at Dollar SEATAC.

Our story - We travelled to the Seattle area to visit family for a couple weeks and knew that we were going to put quite a bit of miles on the rental vehicle. From my past rentals (and we’ve rented plenty of cars, all from various rental companies), we’re typically given a car that lasts a couple hundred miles before the check engine light comes on requiring oil change. Knowing that we were going to be driving long miles, we called a week in advance to understand if anything can be done to ensure that we were given a car that had recently been serviced so our concerns would be quelled. Spoke to Aina, and he assured us that he’ll do his best to accommodate.

To my surprise, when we arrived at the SEATAC rental facility, Aina was there to warmly greet us and help set us up with essentially a brand new vehicle to ensure that the engine oil/service wouldn’t be a concern. He personally walked up to help us when we arrived and guided us through the entire check in/check out process.

To Aina, thank you for going above and beyond and making our Washington trip a memorable one!

Got a new Camry!! Wow, we didn't expect it. This was our first time renting here. We were on a budget and this was the cheapest rental deal. We took the chance and expecting a cheap dollar value car. But Oh la la got a new squeaky clean Camry for $45 a day. We were on hiking trip in Mt. Rainer and decided to extend our stay. The contract says the rate to extend was $67 a day. We checked prices online and it's cheaper to return the car and booked another new one. But the drive to return it from Mt Reiner to SeaTac airport would be a too far stretched. We called Dollar and talked to the manager (can't remember his name) about our situation. OMGosh we didn't even have to explain it to him. He's like "that's too much hassle to drive to airport from Mt. Rainer to pick up another car..." And he gave us the same original rate to extend it. What a fantastic service.Can't find that anywhere else. Thank you to the manager for making our trip supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Definitely Recommended and will be our Go To rental car from now on.

The people at the counter where so helpful and nice. Really appreciated their patience when I was having a quick credit card issue. Great value highly recommend

My family and I flew into Seattle on Thanksgiving day. We had a reservation with Enterprise for 6 months prior to coming here but they supposedly ran out of rental cars. They were not willing to assist us in any way. We then tried to check out Avis but their customer service rep had an attitude. I get it, it’s the holidays and you don’t want to work but the employee made sassy and wise remarks as we questioned why he was trying to make us swipe our card and sign without even knowing what car or the full price was. They quoted us over $800 for a standard car while our enterprise reservation for a mid size SUZ was $500. So we left Avis as their employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there or assist us.

We then came to Dollar where we were assisted by Beverly. Her customer service was amazing and she was very helpful! She was able to get the rental rate close to our enterprise rate. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. She was very enthusiastic and provided us with a great experience. We will definitely rent with dollar again in the near future. Thank you Beverly!

Received a competitive price for 6 days with a mid-size sedan...was stunned to get a new hybrid Camry--it was very nice to get 60 mpg around Seattle and up through the Vancouver area. Pickup took under 5 minutes and was seamless if you studied their policies in advance. I had low expectations for the return around midnight, but turned the keys over to an attendant who appeared before I had unpacked the vehicle. There were adjustments to make about removing the prepaid fuel option...and that was correctly adjusted and a receipt emailed before I got onto the shuttle from the facility. This was a perfect rental. Fully recommend to use them after reading their conditions.

Had a good experience with them. Very affordable 5 day rental and we had a hybrid so spent $25 on gas for the week after driving all over. The check in and check out process were very easy. No hidden fees. Would recommend!

I joined the Dollar Express Program yesterday and reserved my car at a pretty good rate for a last minute trip for a funeral. After my long journey from Atlanta, and a short bus ride to the car rental hub in SeaTac, I got to the desk, told the agent my name and she told me my car with paperwork was already ready for me to hop in and go. No joke! Outside of connecting the Bluetooth to my car, I was there maybe 7 minutes. Awesome service.

I've booked here twice! Great customer service with the rental agent Cuong. Super easy process and they have Subaru's 😉which is great for the PNW area.

Oh my gosh! I rented a car here in the Seattle area. I made the reservation on priceline, and when I got there to pick up the car I gave the girl my driver's license and credit card and she had me walking to my car in less then 2 minutes. The card is in excellent condition. The girl behind the window was professional and friendly. She asked me a few questions and got me some keys and got me on the road. Way to go Dollar Car Rental.
