We were so happy to find a 24 he Safeway not far from our hotel! Needed a few things and this place was open til late at night when most stores are closed. This location had a Wells fargo, flower shop section, a Starbucks with a couple of the been there series mugs, fresh food and fresh baked bread. Really good customer service at that time of the night. 👍🏼

Here in Seattle, Washington, you can buy alcohol in the Self-Checkout registers! So cool and practical! Unlike Los Angeles, CA, where you have to pay for alcohol in the regular lines

Excellent customer service from the cashier line 4 today October 9/2021 at 10:50 pm as I was about to checkout they closed the self checkout! I was worried that I may have to deal with rude cashier but to my surprise! He was awesome caring and friendly cashier! The store wasn't crowded and I didn't found what I was looking for (under stocked bakery) but found awesome substitute!

I call this my family store. I know just about every one that works here. Seems like family.
I up my stars just because of this. Every stores has their good and bad. Everyday isn't going to be perfect, but most cases they are trying to meet everybody's needs.
I do see some new faces, working.
They seems ok.
Only one thing is, I may have a problem if and when Albertson/ Safeway emerge with Fred Meyers/ Krogar. I don't that will be good. We'll loose that one experience.

Based solely on curbside pickup: I hope they keep curbside pickup. It's faster than going in and the employees who bring your groceries out to you are friendly.

1 star would be based on the last time I actually went inside which was pre-pandemic. The staff was the most unhelpful and unfriendly employees I've ever dealt with.

I had to go to the pharmacy but the system was down so I had to come back then there was a small issue with my prescriptions and it was nearly lunch break for pharmacist and I had to get back to work. I was getting really stressed and they stopped to make sure I was taken care of before heading to lunch I'm super grateful. Great staff!

Great customer service. I went late. It was closing as I got to the check out and they let me run out to grab a cart when I was checking out because I over shopped! Don't go to grab kitty litter when you are hungry😳. They were really great though. I love that Safeways are still open late thank goodness!

Debbi (deli), Catherine (manager), Rita (cashier) top notch customer service! Lovely ladies always with pleasant attitude, utmost respect and courtesy for customers! They make your lame mundane shopping chore into a fun activity and great social interaction! I appreciate all of you and your team!

I love the taste of their coffees. Service is top notch, let it be said its usually the drive through. Love the workers. They know me by my 1st name😊

Today me and my family decided to do the curbside grocery pickup. It was fast, easy, and the lady that did it for us was very sweet. I’m not sure of her name but she made our experience great! It was no contact so we didn’t even have to get out of our car. :)

It's so quiet in there at night an hour before they close. I love their flowers. Especially the Carnations ❤❤

My Local Store Employees are Awesome, Helpful, Definitely Patient & Understanding. Since we moved from Burien we was so relieved to find out how close we was to the Local Store in our neighborhood. With everyone making us feel like we've been there and Friendly the move was for sure easier even though we miss our Burien store it's nice to be able to get that same friendly Welcoming Helpfulness at Every Store not just in ur neighborhood but in all you know thank You Safeway you've been apart of the Family for 3+ decades and still going

Deli is great

During the stay at home order I went to this Safeway as our normal store was missing some key ingredients. They were better stocked and had a wider selection of healthier options(reduced fat, nonfat etc) of items I was purchasing. What blew me away was how they were cleaning the self checkout areas after each customer! For comparison, the other store I had just came from did not provide this level of service and I saw no active cleaning from any worker there. I'm willing to pay a higher price for that level of security during these times.

I'm always real glad the staff is so very kind and accommodating. I do love the managers and it is apparent the staff must too, as they all are so hard working and seem happy.

Your employee Se’e is awesome! I go there very often to buy my wine and liquor in the afternoons and he is normally there at the self checkout. In fact, I go there so much he no longer asks me for my ID. I’m a 47 yr old woman and it is such an honor to see him. Mind you, he never judges me. Believe me, I go there so much to buy my wine and liquor because you guys are so much cheaper than the other places I used to go. I felt ashamed when I use to see him in the past because of my alcohol purchases. But not anymore. We actually spoke today and I will no longer feel ashamed. Thank you Safeway, Sea Tac/Tukwila and mahalo Se’e!

Our favorite safeway! We have been coming here for years and the employees are all above and beyond. Great selection and even when its busy I can get in and out pretty quickly. Extra thanks to Rita with the blonde hair. She is always rocking self checkout with a huge grin and the best attitude

I usually come here for groceries, get all my help here staff are very helpful, I use their pharmacy for my booster shots , the area has rapidly developed in recent years .
