Karla and her team are such pros and I highly recommend them to anyone in Seattle. They completed a 1800 Sq ft paint project in record time with multiple coats of paint and multi-story walls involved. My house looks night and day compared to the previous flat white walls. Karla was always accessible for questions and communicative about estimated timelines. I would hire her again if only there were any walls left to paint 😁

I want to give huge thumbs up to Karla and her team at KP Painter. She painted my kitchen cabinets a gorgeous black- and did a beautiful job. She can attest - I am annoyingly meticulous about details- and she absolutely nailed it.

After researching prior to her starting, I knew the paint I wanted and without my saying anything, that was exactly the paint she uses- and she does not go cheap- knowing how critical the primer, paint and technique are for getting the very best result. She is so thoughtful about ensuring the longevity and durability- clearly important with kitchen cabinets. I waited a couple months for my review just to see how they look post-daily use and they look as perfect as the day she and her team finished.

We had a minor issue with footprint of my new cabinet pulls I chose not matching up with the old pulls- which was my fault for not having the new handles in time (tip for others- make sure you have all your hardware first!) and several of the doors needed some touch ups. Without pause, she told me she would fix them to make everything look perfect again- and she did. I was nervous those spots would stick out or not look like the beautiful airbrushed finished of the rest of the cabinets and they look great- you can’t tell the difference. It just showed me how much care and pride she takes in her work and how much she cares about her customers and her business.

I would use her for any painting project- anytime. She isn’t the least expensive- but that ole’ cliche that you get what you pay for definitely applies to painting kitchen cabinets. I have seen so many bad cabinet paint jobs where they had to be redone shortly after- I’d rather have it done right and perfect the first time around. Karla and her team are great and I feel super lucky my kitchen was in her hands.

I had the absolute best experience with Karla! I was impressed from our first meeting - she gave my house a thorough look and pointed out areas that could be problematic (possible rotting wood). Because I got my estimate in the rainy months, it would be a while before weather was ready to cooperate with having a house painted...but wow, it was worth the wait! Karla was so easy to communicate with, and she asked my thoughts on the progress along the way. The quality of the work is superb! Karla is not only a great house painter, but also a great human. It was a pleasure to get to know her, to have my house painted by her, AND to support a woman-owned business.

I recently rented a house that I wanted to freshen up with new paint. I found Karla's business online and reached out to her. I was on the opposite side of the country, but felt so confident in my communication with Karla that I hired her immediately. Her team came over the course of many weeks and painted the entire inside of the house. She had to apply many coats in some rooms, but kept me well informed along the way. She sent photos and videos. When I moved in, I was so happy with the excellent job they had done. I would highly recommend Karla and her team. Ultra professional, not to mention she is a lovely human being. Karla at KP Painter was amazing to work with. She helped us get our house ready for listing and the process was smooth as possible from start to finish. We were out of town during the project, but Karla kept in constant touch throughout and even texted photos and videos during the day to keep us updated on progress. I hired Karla to paint a bathroom that needed an overhaul from a previous painter's hasty, low-quality work. The paint was peeling and mold had started to accumulate from the moisture. I found Karla to be extremely communicative, meticulous, and detail-oriented. She explains details including what falls in her scope of work and what does not. She ensured I understood the process, provided updates in the plan, and waited for my consent for each step of the process. Would definitely hire again.

I had looked through Nextdoor, and on Angies list and here on Google for painters. We found three likely candidates. They all came and gave us bids. But I had re-checked and the KP Painters kept showing up with glowing reviews. When Karla showed up to do her free estimate we were immediately impressed by her sharp eye for detail, and she pointed out aspects of the job the other two bidders had missed. She had a competitive bid and because we like to support female owned businesses KP Painters got the job. We had some siding that needed replacement and she told us what to get, then matched our paint color perfectly, and throughout the job was always willing to talk about choices, and things we noticed as the job progressed that came up. She and her crew were always on time, and worked hard the entire time. At the end of the day paint chips, any mess, anything you might think was out of place...wasn't. Very professional indeed. I can honestly say, we have NEVER had a better paint job on our house. We have lived here for 30 years and finally, the house looks BETTER than the day we bought it. I cannot recommend KP Painters and Karla Rojas highly enough. She's a professional and a great person too.

We didn't want to paint our house this year, but it really couldn't be avoided! Karla came out to give us a bid in the spring, and sensibly scheduled the job for the driest months of summer. She showed up when she said she would (or called if delayed), and she and her crew worked like crazy to pressure wash, scrape, mask, spray and finesse this place with diligence and precision, all while observing safe distancing and face mask guidelines. It was just a matter of days, start to finish. We appreciated her working around our well-established landscape plants, especially the large clematis that couldn't be cut back. A keeper.

Karla and Andres did an excellent job painting my 80 year old house. It needed extensive scraping and Karla found rotted wood that needed repairs prior to painting. Job was completed in a timely manner with good communication on arrival time and slight delays due to weather. Thanks Karla and Andres!
