Fox Rent A Car Seattle

Rented from Fox in different places: Nashville, Los Angeles. Always great service. Recently rented a vehicle for a week in Seattle and at first all they had was an SUV available, which would have been nice no doubt but I was able to switch to a Dodge Challenger! So awesome, such a beautiful, great car!!! Thank you to employees Linda and Jackson, and to the family that was in front of me that didn't want it! LoL Great price and easy to get everything handled. Very nice, efficient, and very friendly employees!

It's my first time in Seattle and so far everyone I've met is really friendly! This also translates to the customer service experience at Fox, specifically Helen. She was so patient and friendly. This was one of the best car rental experiences I've had!

The lady at the front desk made me feel right at home. Gave excellent advice to a southern boy on what I needed to drive safely in the winter storm. Thanks again for keeping me safe and making it where I could make my appointment. Randy

This was my second time using Fox. Both times it was a great experience. I was able to rent a vehicle that other carriers didn’t offer which I wanted. Check in was quick and they had the suv ready for me when I arrived. Plus, if you book ahead, they are way cheaper. Definitely will use them again.

I had good experience with Fox with my recent rental car. Wanna to come here and write something positive, since I was also quite scared of by the reviews here. I am local and needing an extra for friends visiting, so I have some buffer to accommodate if anything goes south. Obviously the rate at Fox was cheaper, so I still gave it a try.
Overall the rental experience was great.
I booked a standard size SUV and got a highlander. Pretty nice drive, no issue. Car condition may not be perfect, but def on par with the larger players.
The rental experience is the same as what I'd expect from the other vendor. Easy pick up / drop off. If I want to complain, sure the attitude of the front desk can be a little better, but maybe she's had a bad day, so I'd give her a break.
I'd try Fox again next time!

The customer service is above and beyond at the Seattle airport Fox rental. Friendly and most helpful .I put the wrong dates on for my pickup , so when I arrived at the counter I had nothing waiting on me. The gal at the counter helped me get a great vehicle and a great price and it was 11 pm at night! All the staff were helpful and nice , a great end to a long day flying !

Got a great price on a Toyota 4Runner, which nicely accommodated three people, luggage, and skis.
I thought they’d check in personnel were nice and helpful. Note I prepaid for this vehicle. Like to think I got a better price that way.

The Fox representative provided terrific service, and was value-added. He provided the cars Fox had available, and explained he could upgrade me for a one-time minimal charge, and he did so. That car was super! I had no problems, and the car provided great comfort and terrific gas mileage! Thanks, Anil!

I received exceptional service from the check in counter from Vu and at time of pick-up from Op. Manager Maricel.

The staff tried their best to make sure our family of 6 received a comfortable and clean ride, they even offered us a spared iPhone charging cable to use for the duration of our trip (I did personally thanked Maricel upon returning the charging cable at the end ofbthe rental). I know they don't have to offer up any spear stuff, but they did it genuinely when they learned my phone is low on power after a transcontinental flight.

Top notch and friendly customer service even at the gate out and return processes. It is rare to see so many staff working happily and in fantastic teamwork nowadays... well, I found it at Fox car rental - Seattle (Sea-Tac) Airport.

The ride we upgraded was a 2022 Toyota Sienna Hybrid. It was very comfortable and functional, and we probably saved over $100 on gas. We actually paid $80 in gas for 6 days of rental, we drove 605 miles (yep, I kept track on my mileage) and the van stayed idle for at least 3 hours during our trip to Canada and back. However, the interior cleaning of the vehicle can be a bit better, we did find some stains on the tan color cloth interior. But beisde that, everything went perfectly!

Once again, Fox pleasantly surprised me with their incredible price, exceptional customer service, and a brand-new vehicle. The pick-up and return process was effortless. Thank you, Fox, for another outstanding experience.

Speedy service. Friendly staff. I got to rent a 2022 Toyota 4 Runner, which was very handy for our trip to the mountains. Would definitely recommend. It is like a 5 minute bus ride from the airport to the rental facility.

First time for me with FOX. Won’t be my last for sure. Great experience. Paid for 1/2 tank but wife got sick, had to go to emergency room, never used gas. FOX GRACIOUSLY credited our account considering situation.

Seamless experience from pick up to drop off. Shuttle from the airport to the rental facility was easy and ran what seemed like every 10 min or so

Warm, professional service, original reserved vehicle not available, was accommodated with an upgrade at a lower rate. Our associate, Kamy at the SEATAC rental center was gracious and kind despite a very long line of customers waiting to get their cars.

The person at the counter could have been a bit more friendly but he gave me a fair deal on a vehicle upgrade so I’ll give him a pass. Everyone else from the garage staff from the person opening the gate to the person receiving the vehicle were extremely nice! I’d use FOX again.
