Hot Topic

Customer Service at this location is great. Alynne and Casper went out of their way to help me on a busy saturday afternoon. They could have blown me off like other stores. I will keep using this location because of the customer service.

When I need something from Hot Topic, I go to the La Cantera location even though it's 30 minutes out of my way because the employees there are always so sweet. They always treat me like an old friend and it feels very personal. I can tell they not only enjoy their jobs but they also truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this location 10/10

Always have nothing but good experiences here. Today I wanted to write a review since we got excellent customer service from an employee named Reign (I believe is how you spell it). They were so helpful and were so excited to show us all the cool Nightmare before Christmas merch (since they noticed my mom was particularly excited for it). They even offered to go check for a bag my mom was interested in that they had mentioned to her. Really great customer service, they definitely deserve all the praise!!

Alynne was wonderful so courteous and attentive. The store is organized and well stocked. They gave great deals all the time!

Employees are always really friendly and professional. Store is so tiny, but they work very very hard to keep it clean and organized.

Great experience and great overall customer service, went in a little towards the closing side and the sales associate was very attentive and understanding to my questions.

Staff is always friendly and its nice to see all the new things with every visit.

Smaller store but nice customer service.

Great merchandise and great service. The sales lady even offered to call me when the Hot Cash certificates are due to be used since I always forget to use them. Nice!

Their customer service is great especially the young female employee. She was very informative. Me and my wife were really impressed with her knowledge

Omg didn't catch her name ....cute Lil manager with glass so edgy and super nice...
So accommodating and will to go over the moon to find sizes and ship them since they're not available at the store at times

This has been my Hot Topic for many years now and will rarely venture to any others. Great selection and extremely friendly staff. Their Covid response was remarkable and really shows this location really cares about its customers.
Will continue to shop here for as long as I am able to for my geeky t-shirts and collectibles.

I was easily the oldest person there, but they were courteous anyhow.
I'm sorry I don't recall the young man that assisted me. Hot Topic has great shirts. I took advantage of the 3 for $10 each. Got "Dundler Mifflin Paper Company" matching shirts for my teenagers. They loved the gift!
The Cashier lady was great to check my ID to make sure name matched the Credit Card. That's extra security and I appreciate that. Nobody should complain about that!

Love the employees. So sweet. I am horrible with names but the employee who helped me wears gorgeous eyeliner, a thicker than usual line, so sorry i forgot your name...But you are Awesome and so Sweet and Helpful

Great place the manager is so sweet and the employes are super friendly. I had accadently bought a shirt to large and they were more than happy to help. It's a shame that in an environment like that the people are nicer but we went into another clothing store nearby that was nicer and cleaner and brighter and the girls there were dressed nice and they were sticking their noses up at us and didnt really help so we left and. Maybe they couldn't look at us because the sticks up their butts were up there to deep.
