F45 Training West McKinney

I LOVE F45 West McKinney! The coaches are great, the workouts are challenging but fun, and the atmosphere (music, ambience and training buddies) is unmatched. I love the day-to-day variety and ample opportunities throughout the day to get your workout in. I also love that our coaches don't just talk the talk...when they are done coaching the workouts, they complete the workout on their own! They are encouraging and enthusiastic, and always offer help to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly (to avoid injury) and to your full potential (to get the most out of your workout). They also host challenges throughout the year. I would highly encourage anyone to give F45 West McKinney a try!

Training at F45 Mckinney West has been such an awesome life change! The coaches are so nice and friendly, and everyone in class is so supportive. I get the best work outs in, and the class is over before I know it! I love being encouraged to try things I wouldn't on my own, and am now stronger than I have been in years.

I started out at F45 West McKinney as a member the first day they opened back in 2019. I loved it so much, I became a trainer and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Going way beyond just physical fitness, F45 West McKinney is a place where you build connections, accountability, and friendships. Surround yourself with people who work hard and have fun and you will feel the difference it makes in your life!

Tried the Peloton. Sold the Peloton. My friend told me about F45. I love it. Been going for 2.5 weeks now. 2-3 days per week. I love that during the work out I don’t need to think about what I need to do next. The programs are well thought out. After the workout I feel great. I highly recommend this program. The coaches at West McKinney location are very nice and motivating as well.

Absolutely love this gym! The trainers are so welcoming and make each class fun! They push you to exceed your goals and help if any modifications are necessary. I’ve never been one to wake up early to workout but now I wake up excited and happy to attend the early classes.

Loving this new family. Everyone's very positive and encouraging. I've been to 10 classes now in my first 3 weeks and I've only done one workout twice. Feeling stronger, can go longer without stopping, and I'm regaining confidence.

I wanted to write this review to let anyone know that if you want to get fit not just for looks but for your health this is the place to do it. The work out system has been designed to take all the guess work out and all you have to do is show up. All the staff and trainers are great and caring. They will work with you to make adjustments as needed and motivate you. Please call Ryan (manager) and he will take all the time to make sure you feel comfortable and set you up for success. I am a member and when I started out I was in such bad shape I could not even jump or move well. I gained my health and I am grateful to the team at f45. Nima Razi
