Charred 380 Grills & Outdoor

Stopped by this past Thursday to plan a grilling weekend. They are doing something right because they typically have a few folks in the store - either browsing grills or adding to their supplies. I've been going there for my grilling needs for the last 14 months and they always have what I need or can suggest a close replacement. Even got me to add a specialty butter to my steaks! You're missing out if you haven't tried it! I've never been disappointed in their knowledge and friendliness which keeps me coming back time after time.

Sean and his team are wonderful. He is willing to answer all of my questions and the store carries the latest in grilling stuff. He remembers his customers and makes you feel like you are the only customers he has. Sean is loyal to the military and always offers 10%, even when other shops selling the same items won't. If you haven't visited Sean and you love to grill (or even if you are new to grilling), take the time to stop by. You won't be disappointed!

Stopped by to see the car show Char 380 was sponsoring, they had some great cars outside but the real treat was inside! When I went in to buy some spices (so many choices!) hoping to find a BBQ sauce with whiskey in it for a special recipe I have. Couldn’t find it on the shelf so asked the manager if he knew of any, he took the time to go back and look in the warehouse and came out with one, score!! After which, when I went to pay for it, and other items, no price come up for the BBQ sauce. Told the manager to charge me whatever he thought it would be. instead of charging me anything he gave it to me for free!!! Now that’s good old fashion customer service!! I’ll be going back for sure!!!

I try to "shop local" when it comes to most things, and the folks at Charred 380 make it an easy decision to come back. Sean and his team are awesome to work this and go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. They carry a variety of grills (pellet, charcoal, and gas) as well as numerous accessories for each, and many different types of seasonings and sauces to go along with the finished product. Highly recommend stopping by and talking with the nice folks who own and run this place. You won't regret it!

Over the past year or so we’ve purchased a Traeger smoker, a Solo Stove fire pit, and this year we purchased a new Lynx BBQ/Refrigerator/Trash Bin for our new outdoor bbq center.

Sean, the owner, takes great pride in his store, prices are competitive, and he treats all of his customers like family. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Heck, his team even delivered my new BBQ gear to my house and helped me carry it to the backyard. They didn’t have to do that but it was sure helpful.

It was so refreshing to happen upon this store today. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable, nice and patient. He listened to my grilling concerns and worked with me to understand exactly what I needed. He selected the perfect item to fix my issue along with a thorough explanation as to how it worked. As a bonus, he went above and beyond by reaching out to the grill company to insure he sold me the correct size grilling grate. I’m my opinion, you can’t go wrong patronizing this establishment. Huge selection of traditional and lump charcoal as well. They will start offering classes soon from what I’ve been told, BBQ, grilling, and possibly some specialty classes by huge names in the food biz. If you’re anywhere in the McKinney/Frisco/Prosper areas you owe it to yourself to check these guys out and see what they got going on. You won’t be disappointed, go see for yourself!

The owner, Sean is the best guy to deal with if you are looking for anything BBQ. He takes care of customers like his own family. We got 3 PK grills and so many accessories from him. Always attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you, Sean!

Amazing store! Sean and his wife are super nice people. I’ve been in and out of charred now prolly 5 times never pressured never even felt guilty for not purchasing anything. Bought a few seasonings went back this last Monday I have been building a outdoor kitchen at my house bought a trash can, griddle, drawers, doors, kamado joe charcoal grille. I was going to buy off line but Sean explained to me the differences in the quality and believe it or not I only spent a very very small amount more then what I would have online. With that said very fair pricing and knowledgeable on a lot. I appreciated it after purchasing it some of the online stuff I already bought came in and boy huge difference. If your on the fence go to chared 380 and check out the quality and great prices you won’t be sad! Plus we’re helping local small business and that’s huge!

The best grill store in the McKinney area. Very friendly and always welcome to help. I bought my Green Mountain grill which had a bad power cord. They gave me a replacement on the same day I informed them of the issue. If you need a grill or grill supplies, go to Charred 380.

This store is amazing. Huge variety of grills and smokers from PK, BGE, Kamado and many more. Their spice selections are outstanding too. You can even try before you buy! The owner and staff are all awesome and knowledgeable as well. Great store! Will be buying all of my products from them going forward!

I went in to see about adding an outdoor kitchen. Sean was super helpful and he and his guys did an amazing job. I upgraded to a XL Big Green Egg and a Bonfire gas grill. Everything looks awesome.

Sean, the owner, was very helpful. I now have a local source for all my bbq supplies. They have a wide variety of rubs, sauces, varying wood chunks for smoking, wood pellets in a bunch of wood flavors too, and charcoals. Now I just need to get a few slabs of ribs and get to smoking and grilling.

The team and people their are first class. The selection of grills and accessories is unmatched and if you are looking for a complete outdoor kitchen set up they do that as well. Great people, great products, great service... you cannot ask for anything else.

This was my first time in there the store is a cool place to get your grilling needs met including your seasonings it is my understanding they also have cooking classes if you are a beginner staff is very friendly and knowledgeable go by and see them

Great to have a grilling store so close to home. Sean was very helpful and spent plenty of time answering questions. Lots of grills to choose from along with many accessories, seasonings and charcoal/wood varieties. Definitely recommend!

Legit store and the owner is fun to talk to. I love checking out the meat freezer or local cheese fridge for goodies too! Sometimes I go just to chat and pick up some meat. Shop here shop local
