Caleb the Pharmacist is a consummate professional and dedicated to serving patients with high level care. I appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to getting it right.

This location has phenomenal service compared to the location off 380/Lake Forest! I drive out of my way to come here due to the service differences. When prices are high they’ve offered to check good RX for me. I’ve never been offered that at any other pharmacy EVER! The pharmacist has also spoken with me about harm certain medicines prescribed can do on my young children (things the doctor -specialist- who sent in the script has never told me about). I appreciate their concern so I could go back and talk to the doctor before proceeding. Service is typically less than 5 minutes. I think I’ve only waited over 5 minutes twice in the past year.

We love this walgreens. They work so hard and dont get enough credit. Everyone is so quick to put in a complaint, but they do what they can to serve their community.

Shout out to the Photo Lab the Walgreens in McKinney. If you need a poster or a banner, this is your place. Easy to upload graphics and great quality. Also, there is usually a coupon if you look on their website.

I like this Walgreens a lot . The staff always helps me and they are friendly .

Angel noticed one of my RXs was going to be high so she took the time to find a coupon that saved me $97!!! She had to fill out a couple forms for the manufacture’s coupon but it was well worth it. She apologized over and over for how long it took but I stressed it was no issue if it saves me that much. Thanks for taking time and going the extra mile to make a customer happy!

Props to Alex, who runs the front register. Every time I walk into Walgreens, he always greets me and every customer with a warm smile and a hello! He’s been very helpful, when I needed help
locating an item. Thanks for the 5 Star Service!

This pharmacy is located by my house and convenient. The pharmacy staff and store staff are always helpful and friendly.
