Stonebridge Family Vet

We use to see a vet on Eldorado for our previous dogs before they passed, but the pricing had become very expensive. The staff at Stonebridge Family Vet is very friendly and the price was reasonable for my puppies first exam and shots. They will be caring for our fur babies from now on.

I have never met a more caring staff than the staff at Stonebridge Family Veterinary. When we lost our 13-year-old Welsh terrier in January everyone was extremely supportive as if Maddie was their dog. We continue to take our doubledoodle Bella to this wonderful place and will soon introduce them to out newest, Maggie. I would never think of taking them anywhere else.

Went here when my 1 year old German Shepherd became lethargic and stopped eating. Despite being a new patient they were able to get me into the office the next day. Dr.Kit and her vet technicians were great and super helpful! She did all the necessary tests to eliminate any serious problems and gave him lots of fluids. She was even able to get me in the morning after to continue testing. He started feeling better over the weekend and now is back to normal thanks to all they did!

The physical exam of my dog and the information imparted to me was more thorough and comprehensive than I have ever experienced with any other Vet. After discussing exam results, recommendations for treatment and further testing with different options, and before doing anything, they provided a list with costs for all. Our appointment was on Friday and this morning (Monday) they called with his blood work results and gave more detailed information than I have ever received before!
Have had many dogs and 2-3 different Vets for each. What a relief to find Stonebridge Family Vet!! Dr. Pupp and all the staff members I met were friendly, caring and professional My dog is now at the best place with the best people!

I can't say enough GREAT things about Stonebridge Family Vet. I found them when my 14 year old chi was sick - I called many other vets who all told me it would be a week+ for them to see her, Stonebridge got her in the next day! They have helped me a couple of times now with an older dog, and they are AMAZING every time. You can tell the staff genuinely cares for your pet, they always call in to checkup on your pet and calls again later once results are in. I don't have one bad thing to say about anyone here - I'll definitely be a lifelong customer!

Thank you for working with us to take care of our Maxi’s kidney issues. We were at a loss on how to proceed with a realisticly affordable treatment plan faced with our only options which appeared to be to put him down or watch him deteriorate on a daily basis. Medical treatments that is unrealistically out of reach of affordability is the same as no medical at all. You all made it possible to have some hope to maintain our Max without breaking the bank. There aren’t enough words to describe what a great place Stonebridge Family Vet is. Every single person from the office manager to every single tech to Dr. Kitt… Nicest and most professional vet practice ever. They go above and beyond for my dog, Axle. It is definitely worth the 25 minute drive I take to get there. And Axle is never afraid to go there…great indication of how awesome they are!

I had a husky and would bring her to Stonebridge for her vaccinations. The staff was really friendly and Sadie loved Andrè. She was very hyper and they were still patient with her. Highly recommend.

My husband and I took our Old Girl to Stonebridge Family Vet to have her put down. Their doctor and staff were absolutely accommodating, compassionate, and gentle with our baby. They made the last moments together peaceful. I will recommend them to every animal parent I know.

Very pleased with my experience here. My dog had an aural hematoma that was drained over a month ago at another vet and it came back. My appointment was at 3 & was in my car headed home before 4. They took a more appropriate & aggressive approach to ensure that the hematoma wouldn’t come back. And it costed LESS than what I had paid for before which was a simple needle and syringe draining. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and well informed. I Will definitely be coming back!

What an amazing place! We have a new rescue pup who ended up with kennel cough. I was so worried and the staff was so wonderful! They did everything they could to get our furry friend in as soon as possible. Every person i spoke with was extremely helpful and kind. And my pup was happy and comfortable with everyone he met. We felt well taken care of through the whole process :)

The staff at this clinic is wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and caring including the front staff and vet techs. I always know my dog is going to be treated as if she was theirs. Dr. Vance is amazing! Since my dog is getting older, she has more and more medical issues and Dr. Vance is always on top of the best treatment plans to help her feel better and to be comfortable. She’s excited when she knows she gets to go see her favorite vet! I highly recommend Stonebridge Family Vet to everyone who cares about their pet!

My dog wasn’t feeling well and we couldn’t get in to our regular vet. Stonebridge was able to see us that afternoon which I was very grateful for. The woman who answered the phone and set the appointment was friendly and helpful and made me feel better about coming in to see a new vet. Our vet tech, Dani, was kind, empathetic, and took amazing notes on Peanut’s history. She was extremely detailed while also keeping a sense of compassion and humor to put me at ease. We meet with the relief doctor, Dr. Friend, who was a great listener and genuinely interested in helping Peanut feel better without simply avoiding a bunch of tests and procedures. She explained a couple simple tests that could be done on-site in minutes and then, with the results, prescribed a course of treatment that had Peanut feeling better the next day. After months of symptoms, you can imagine my joy at having my little dog feeling better already.

I was sent home with a goodie bag that included his medication, info pamphlets, a sticker that reads, “I love my senior dog,” a magnet with their info and a magnet with the info for the nearest emergency vet, clip-on-leash poop bags, and tennis balls for our other dog at home!

I am so thankful for the compassionate care and successful treatment we received . I whole heartedly recommend them.

What a wonderful veterinary practice! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and so kind. I drive past numerous veterinary clinics on my way from Plano to McKinney so we can see Dr. Kitt Mueller. Dr. Kitt is incredible! She is an excellent diagnostician, provides quality care and always offers different treatment options. She delivers difficult news in the gentlest of ways, and helps you as the parent make informed decisions regarding your pet. In addition, she’s compassionate, caring and very communicative. She treats her patients like they are her own and my pups love her!

Dr. Kitt and the entire staff at Stonebridge Family Vet are wonderful! My senior dog Sophie always receives the best care. It gives me such peace of mind to know my dog is in good hands and treated with kindness from everyone at this special place.

One of the best veterinarians in the area. They always make time when there’s some emergencies and respond back fast! They even check up down the road after the dogs been healing. The staff is great and friendly. The vets come out and explain everything and they’re very thorough .

I just went last night with my puppy Lily and saw Dr. Robinson. Dr. Robinson was incredibly kind and took the time to actually sit down and speak with me about her diet, recommendations, training tips ext. Out of all of the vets I've been to, he has been the most thorough with his examination and recommendations. As a new dog owner, its nice to not to be made to feel dumb when you ask a question. Its a welcome addition to have him here now at this clinic.

I cannot possibly say enough great things about Dr Ed Mapes and his staff! They are completely awesome. I have three active Labs that find their way to the vet fairly often and each time they truly love the experience and the staff, and I know the staff loves them as well -- it is obvious! That goes a long way to creating a great relationship!

I drive 45 minutes each way, passing untold numbers of other vets along the way because I want the best for my pets and for myself. Never a hassle, never a line or waiting, always polite, quick, professional. Simply the best!
